As another buyer below states...LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ignores emails, unreliable in all very shabby customer service. Furthermore, packaging label describes full contents therfore breaching confidential privacy.

The product arrived within 24 hours so top marks for the postage. Can’t comment on the shampoo itself though as I have not had a chance to try it yet.

Excellent Product with good Nourishment properties

I was having hair-fall problem but this product saved me and I am truly thankful for that.

Just received today and tried it and already my hair feels and looks better! Worth buying and I will be buying again!

The product harmed the hair and made it fall more instead of good. And when I have asked for a specialist to guide me I was told it was unlikely that I am right as if I am lying about the situation.

I am writing this review after getting this beautiful product. The packaging was nice and the results were marvellous that I abdicated my old shampoo. I am not the person who writes review for every other product, but, this one really got me do it. I no longer need conditioner because this product leaves my hair soft and smooth. I used to search for such shampoos as conditioner adds up the cost for hair care and is also not good in the long run as it accumulates over your hair. Really recommend this one. Must try!

I ordered 2 x 6 monthly rations. The first delivery was lost. The second only got half of it.
Thankfully, both rations were paid for via PayPal, otherwise I would never have seen my money again.

I never recommend shopping here outside of the UK. I can't say anything about the product due to my lack of experience in using it.

The outrageous customer service rejected a mistake on their part, as there would be a high quality control and the missing weight would have been noticed by the supplier at the latest. It seems that the UK will have problems finding competent staff after Brexit. Arguments about the nature of the package and the lack of volume and weight of approx. 500 g were also unsuccessful. A total weight of 872 g is indicated on the package label with 2 x 6 monthly rations. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, a 6 month ration already had 500 g. Thank goodness I bought via PayPal and was not dependent on the mercy of the bungler J. G., who could not see that 2 x 6 monthly rations had to be 2 x 500 g and would therefore be larger than 872 g.

I ordered 3 shampoos and 3 conditioners. Got only the shampoos. Was charged for both. This is really disappointing.

I have personally used and loved their scalp roller, shampoo and conditioner ! And would recommend to anyone looking for a shampoo with organic ingredients !!
