Communication is key
The facilities themselves fulfill all requirements by our staff and CEO. The issue I am having is with lack of communication regarding a credit note due to us as well as either a refund or an explanation that this amount will be applied to the next invoice and the debit order will then be less.
Firstly, through no fault of Ballito, there was an administrative mix-up, so our membership was not applied when there was a change of administrator on the Regus app. This led to us being charged a daily rate on 11 May 2026.
I have requested by email. and phoned, asking when the credit for the invoice will be applied. After two emails and a phone call I still have had no communication from the sales consultant, Marlene, or the manager at Ballito, Iftiyhaar.
