⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience at Regus Manor Royal, Crawley
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting an office at Regus Manor Royal to read the contract carefully and ask for a full breakdown of all additional charges before signing.
I recently moved into an office here and have been extremely disappointed with both the pricing structure and the level of customer service.
The office rent is already expensive, but there are numerous additional charges on top of the advertised office rent, including:
• Activation fees charged per person
• Around £100 for a single car parking pass, on top of the rent
• Approximately £40 per person for kitchen/amenity use
• A minimum two months’ notice is required if you want to leave
In my opinion, these additional costs make the overall price significantly higher than you might initially expect.
Unfortunately, the customer service has been even more frustrating. I have personally found Lewis White to be extremely rude and unprofessional. On several occasions, I have raised issues and asked for help, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I felt that my concerns were simply ignored.
For a professional business centre, I expected a much higher standard of communication, customer service and problem-solving.
I have also spoken with other businesses in the building and have heard similar frustrations regarding the policies, additional charges and customer service. I obviously cannot speak for everyone, but this has certainly added to my overall disappointment.
My advice: think very carefully before signing up. Make sure you ask about every additional fee, parking, amenities, notice periods and any other charges before committing.
Based on my personal experience so far, I would not recommend Regus Manor Royal to other businesses looking for a professional office environment.

WARNING
WARNING - We have been with Regus close to two years, when we moved it we were offered a deal with parking, 6 spaces for the price of 2 at a total cost of £120 per month in total. On that basis we signed up. We are now told that this offer is being revoked and we will be charged £100 per space, so from £120 per month to £600 per month which is a ridiculous increase. They have refused to let us out of our contract before its end date and have simply said we are free to park elsewhere, knowing full well there is no where else to park. Beware of any offers discussed when signing up as these might well be removed after you have signed leaving you stuck.

It’s surprising that you felt it appropriate to post a new online complaint again after we fully addressed this with you in February.
You requested to early terminate which is not possible so we declined your request; you’ve been disappointed since.
We credited the additional restoration costs in recognition of the leak that occurred. We highlighted where we had already informed you that parking is an additional cost; there was no malpractice here.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement.
We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
If you decide to add an automated payment method to your account (which you can easily do through your online portal, under the Account / Billing and payments section), we’ll immediately credit and refund this additional retainer.
