Reilly The Titanium Bike Co Avis 

There is something incredibly special about watching a new bike come to life, especially when it is crafted by a team that cares about every single millimetre.

We recently spent some time with the amazing crew at Reilly to get our hands on the Reilly Reflex.

From the second we walked in, their attention to detail and pure dedication to customer service blew us away.

A massive thank you to everyone at Reilly for looking after us so well and making this build so memorable.

Having always wanted a Titanium framed road bike I did some research on the various brands and models out there on the market. I looked at many online reviews and put a message out on a Titanium bike facebook page to get views from others, with many people mentioning Reilly. I therefore decided to make a weekend of it to drive down to Reilly HQ and booked in for a test ride on a Saturday afternoon. The place is not like your usual bike shop and has a great laid back vibe. I met Ed and Chris on arrival and was able to view the Reilly range and discuss options with them. After a freshly ground coffee and pastries, I spent time with Chris who did a personalised bike fit and I took out a bike for a test ride on the local roads. Shortly after this I placed my order and chose the groupset, wheels, colour schemes etc. Although I have had to wait for the frame to arrive as wanted the new model Spectre, the wait has so been worth it. The bike is amazing, looks superb, with great attention to detail. The customer service you get from Ed and Chris and the rest of the team is fantastic. They really do care for their customers and you get a bespoke and personal service and experience. They are both cycling enthusiasts and understand what the customer wants. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Whilst there may be cheaper options out there, the quality of the frames, the level of customer service, is in my opinion second to none and worth every penny. If you’re in the market for a Titanium bike then you should certainly give Reilly a go. I’d thoroughly recommend them and would certainly use them again!

I met the Reilly team at the Gralloch this year I had a test ride ..they were both very helpful all communication has been brilliant. We discussed my forever gravel build they have an excellent passion for their bikes and their customers. I purchased the Reflex as a frame and forks ..it has been custom painted. Ed has answered all my question and I feel is always on hand if I have any questions during my build which is a lovely comfort that money can not buy. When I bought my Reilly Reflex with a dynamo front light, I was advised that the Revo Exposure 5 light was due to soon be released and if possible, I should go for this. As I needed a light straight away, Reilly lent me a Revo Exposure 4 light until such time the 5 came into stock and could be despatched.
First class advice (as the Revo 5 is brilliant) and also first class customer service to loan the light to ensure I had a solution when I needed it.
