Ordered a 9x9 planter and received the wrong size - twice. Now I have to wait for them to open a case to inspect the new one before they send it, but Id rather just have a refund (now I've waited a month for a silly pot when I could've just purchased a different one) Customer service seems okay so far but when I asked if I could keep the smaller pot and pay the difference I was told I couldn't which seems kind of pointless and wasteful - and if I did keep it they'd block my account or something. Overall weird & disorganized experience. I should've been given a full refund or at least been allowed to get a partial refund to keep the smaller pot.
Lack of care or real action
As a lighting designer and distributor, I cannot express my level of disappointment with this company.
I ordered a fixture four times to only see the issue continue to happen:
1. I ordered a fixture with 3000K and received email confirmation with the correct item #.
2. A few hours later...their system changed it "automatically" to 2700K. I called and asked for it to be fixed - they told me it could not be. They'd have to cancel it and I'd have to reorder again. They assumed I ordered it incorrectly (even after proving this with my email confirmation).
3. So, around we went again. And the order was again, incorrect the second time.
4. Next, we tried sending me a quote to order this over the phone. We tried a MANUAL order with one of their employees and AGAIN the order was wrong after it went through their system. To which, I called again, and they cannot make the change, have to cancel.
5. By this time...I've lost 4-5 weeks, having to call every week and spend numerous hours trying to tell Rejuvenation staff how to do their job and actually fix this.
6. I finally gave up on the LED version and decided to just order a different fixture...incandescent, and just move on.
7. Well...the same thing happened again. The item number changed after it went through their system and now it's showing an item number, that does not match what I ordered.
WHO KNOWS what I will be getting.
And for the high price of each fixture, this is embarrassing.
8. I called to ask a customer service person at the business to business trade...well, they just told me there's nothing they can do. And nothing they can do to expedite my order given this issue was not mine to begin with, and I'm having to wait a STANDARD lead time of 3+ weeks before I can get my fixtures.
All that being said and being a trade member and distributor, which really means NOTHING.

Very upsetting and disappointing that we will have to pay MORE money for a contractor to come back and install these because of your incompetence and lack of care for customers.
Price Guarantee and Refunds
Beware Rejuvenation Hardware does not have a price guarantee. The tree large planter boxes I purchased online for $499 March 7th were delivered on March 18th. They had gone on sale for $409 prior to delivery. When I called for a price adjustment, the customer service rep said, "we don't do that." I could return them except that White Glove shipping took away the packaging. Returns must be in their original packaging and customer pays all shipping costs, which was $250 for delivery.

I work for a lighting showroom that has a trade account with this company. The most unorganized company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We have been trying to get a replacement pendant that of course was missing parts which I was told they would have to send another pendant since they don't have parts.
Well two pendants later I still don't have a pendant with all the parts. I for one will never recommend or order anything from them in the future.
Stay Away
My in-store experience has always been lovely with this brand. However, ordering from the website is a whole other experience. If you have issues, the agents are rude, dismissive, and have no idea how to provide excellent customer service. Purchase items at the store if you can and have the salesperson's name and the store's manager in case of issues.

Wow. Just horrible.
Wow. Just a horrible experience. Ordered a bathroom vanity. After 6 weeks of silence I inquired into its whereabouts. CS was clueless about where all three parts (base, top, sink) were located, but they were delaying delivery until all three were ready for shipment together. After another two weeks of calls (we’re at 8 weeks now) I demanded they deliver the base so our contractor could make progress. After another two weeks (ten weeks now) I demanded they send me a replacement for the (apparently) lost marble top. A week later one shows up, broken in two in an otherwise unblemished wooden crate. That tells me they boxed up a broken top. If I could give negative stars I would. I will not stop comparing until I get refunded, even after it eventually shows up.
Ordered an outdoor table and chairs…
Ordered an outdoor table and chairs that cost in excess of $2000. Never received fourth chair. Called many times. Spoke to several agents who promised delivery of the fourth chair. After many months and time on the phone, was told today it was out of stock. They have chairs in their retail stores but refuse to ship them. So now I have three chairs and a table that I will never use and am out $2000. Truly an absolute waste.
Awful customer service for designers and customers
As a designer with a trade account, have ordered from this group of companies (West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc) many times. I assumed Rejuvenation would have the same solid customer service. THEY DO NOT. These are my experiences with my three orders from Rejuvenation:
(1) I tried to return a rug and had to email them 5 times and then call before getting a response for a straightforward return.
(2) I ordered a lamp that came cracked in half. Despite offering to send pictures of the damage, I was still responsible for packaging up the bulky item and sending it back to receive my refund even though they had no replacements in stock, were offering me nothing in return, and said they were just going to "throw it away" once received.
(3) I ordered a pendant lamp for a design project. They sent the fitter but, after clearly stating on checkout that the shade would be sent in 2-5 weeks, I got an email from them a month later that the shade was delayed at least 2 months (with no compensation or returns offered), compromising the entire design project.
Honestly, these products are no better than West Elm, etc. but cost WAY more and the headache you have to go through to make any returns make this a company I'll no longer purchase from for forthcoming projects.
Worst customer support/service
Hands down the worst customer service/support ever. Multiple calls, different answers, no accountability.
Terrible Trade Customer Service
I use Rejuvenation as a designer . A recent order is missing 3 pulls and 2 of the handles the finish is incorrect. I have been emailing them for 3 weeks now with NO RESPONSE. As a trade account this is a waste of my time and totally unprofessional on their end. I am considering this fraud if they do not respond in the next 24 hours and will have AMEX deal with them. Totally unacceptable.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Do not order from them. Worst customer service. I can see my order online and just want an update, it has been eight weeks and no delivery or update. It has taken me four days of calling, and still nothing. They can't find my order in the system even know I can see it when I log in. On hold for 40 Mins, I tried to email my information, we email back and forth four times, with attached screenshots, and then they tell me I have to phone. Truly awful. Complete nightmare. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I never leave reviews, but for this terrible company, I had to. Please be aware!
Poor customer service
Ordered 3 beautiful bar stools. The quality of the stools appears to be excellent. However, every box was significantly damaged. Not only on the outside but even boxes that were internal were damaged. Required hardware was missing as a result of the damage. Screws were missing. So when I requested the missing screws I was informed that they couldn't send me missing screws, but they would send me a whole new bar stool which I would pay for and then I would return the whole big box of the extra bar stool, all so I could have a few missing screws. Then they never sent me a return label to return the extra bar stool. This required multiple calls and effort on my part for a few missing screws from damaged packaging. Note that there is no "review" section on their web site. This is too bad. The product was fine but definitely not worth the price/service. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

We order products for our customers from many vendors and never have a problem with exchanges and returns. This company is the worst we have ever dealt with. Worst customer service every and products are subpar. Stay away from them.
Exceptional service and quality
I absolutely love the online retail store. I don’t live near any of the brick and mortar stores but their products are elegant and unique so I took a huge leap of faith. When I remodeled my master bathroom, I purchased four large wall sconces, a ceiling pendant, two very large vanity mirrors, and all the hardware for my new cabinets. Every piece arrived on time, in excellent condition, and exactly as described and shown in the images. Their quality control is exceptionally tight and there were no color variations in the metal I chose, not even when my miscalculation resulted in having to order additional hardware. My new bathroom is beautiful and everything tied together exactly as I’d imagined.
Terrible marketing/privacy practices
Terrible marketing/privacy practices – will share your data with several "sister companies" even if you just sign up for an in-stock notification. Will never do business with this company or their affiliates.
When you ask them to delete your data, they will tell you to call them – creating an unncessary barrier when they obtained the data from a different party in the first place. Can’t wait to sue Rejuvenation under the California privacy initiative on the ballot.
