Patrick delivered where others failed
Patrick Lee Germovsek was amazing. Let me start by saying this was my 5th attempt to refinance my house. I recently went through a divorce and so this loan was essential and extremely difficult. When I first talked to Patrick, he said "I can get it done." I remember laughing at him and saying... That's what the others said too.
Determination, positivity, knowledge and communication are just a few skills Patrick brought to the table. I always knew where things stood during the loan process. Even after hours a few times, he was spot on. Patrick is the most knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and honest loan guy you will ever meet. I will not hesitate to recommend Patrick.
Patrick... thank you for all of your hard work, your personality is gold, intentions are true. You are a very dedicated individual. I really cannot thank you enough. You definitely worked your ass off for this one.

Great first mortgage refinance company.
I just refinanced my home through Reliance. Carol Austin and Lindsay Jaquith were my main contacts. Carol and I spoke.about a year ago and luckily I kept her phone number. My loan was a challenge to get approved for many reasons, but Carol is a great loan officer and knows how to get threw all the paperwork needed to get a loan done. I had a 45 year career as a commercial loan officer in Memphis, so I understand fully what she and Reliance did for me. I personally recommend Carol and Reliance if you are buying a home or simply refinancing. Ask for Carol Austin when you call.
