Tried it for approximately three months and never saw any difference in my pain level. Apparently if your pain is not due to inflammation it does not work.

Snake Oil To The max. The only thing this stuff did was empty my checking account. DO NOT BELIEVE the commercial running m- He is a liar and a scammer- All Fox People Are Now Gone And This Sad Sack Guy Is The Only Commercial Running. SAVE YOUR MONEY- I tried it for 6 months - NO RELIEG OF PAIN WHATSOEVER!

I have run races in every decade since the 1960s. When I had my 2nd meniscus surgery late in 2020 - I got back to running early in 2021 but was never the same and continued to feel discomfort. I thought I would have to give up something I have loved for decades. I decided to give Relief Factor a try in about December 2021 as a last resort. The 3 week quick start package did nothing for me, but I decided to keep going. After 5 weeks, I noticed I no longer had an achy back in the morning. I had not purchased the product for a morning back ache - but that was what cleared up first. Shortly thereafter my knees starting feeling better when I ran. I have continued on the product now for 2 1/2 years and don't believe I would still be able to run without it. The company has been very easy to deal with and always sends me a reminder prior to shipment. Right now I take one packet a day on days I don't run and two on the days that I do. They have been very easy to deal with as I have changed my shipping frequently and now have them ship me a package every 6 weeks. But, sometimes I find I have a little excess - so I tell them to hold off for a month; and they do. Bottom line, maybe somethings take more than three weeks to work out - so Relief Factor should perhaps offer two 3 week quick start packages to encourage people to hang in there a bit more. But, the product has been great and the company easy to work with.

This stuff doesn’t work and after canceling it they continued to charge my bank account for $89.60. I tried to get my money back and will continue to try but this company has racket going and prey on the elderly and disabled people who are in pain and need relief. You have to take it 3 x day and it’s impossible to remember to take.

Do not get sucked into their sleazy marketing scheme!

It seemed to be working for my husband, however after the trial period his account was charged 3 times in a row for the following month. While on the phone with the bank they tried a fourth time. The bank had to block them and fortunately he was reimbursed.

I would not buy this product based on the TV commercial with the sad sack guy crying. This guy is whimpering and appears to be very dejected about something. He says it changed his life, but apparently it did not make him very happy.

Relief Factor (RF) did not work for me. Further, I think I'm the "rare case" the research papers mention for adverse side effects. I had three pains I was hoping to alleviate. Hands, feet and back. The three-week trial was completely ineffective so I kept going thinking "just a little more." Along the way, I realized my legs and feet were slowing swelling. I noticed it in that my shoes were no longer fitting right. Plus, my BP increased many points over normal. I stopped taking RF after about 30 days. It took about a week for the swelling to start subsiding and my BP dropped within days too. After another month of no RF, the swelling is gone and my BP is back to normal. Through all of it, none of the three pains were relief'd. Sorry, RF did not work for me.

Don't respond. As you can tell by reviews. Which they don't answer, product is a rip off. I'm still mad at what they sold my 90 mom. Heartless rip off company. Dont prey on out elderly. I hope your company gets karma.

Be careful for the ingredients, on their website it says this product has Omega-3. In the actual package the supplements facts you can find this product has 1,400 mg fish oil. Those who cant tolerate fish oil will have adverse reaction to this product. In my case my body didn't took it well.

Unfortunately they don't accept returns, their return policy is for unopened envelopes. So once you try it and it doesn't feel right you just lost $80.

The product didn't helped me for my arthritis pain at all. Further readings I learned this product doesn't have any medical studies to support what they claim it will help you with.

Learned the hard way, please don't fall into advertising promises specially on those products that doesn't have medical studies to support what they claim.

I have to say that it works. When I go off of it, I have pain around my shoulders and neck. An achy pain but when I take it, it relieves it. I do yoga every day - am fit and have always been into exercise. Doing everything but this does help. Cannot dispute that.

The return policy is not fair as you CAN NOT return the product if you open the package!!

While the 3 week trial back did relieve some pain...I signed up for the $79.95 subscription. I got billed $93.95. Some asshat named Felix said the extra money was for shipping and handling. Well screw that!! It is NOT worth that much money for herbs. I already take fish oil and turmeric so I'll just purchase the other herbs from the drug store.
WHAT A RIPOFF!! Customer service sucks so I'm done!!!

This product is sold to a higher percentage of the elderly. My Step Father was caring for my dying Mother and then she passed and he had a life threatening event. There were a four months worth of unopened and unexpired Relief Factors that now no one could take. I sent them back per the instructions of their recording for a refund. They only refunded ONE of the unopened/unexpired packages. I called and told them " How is it you sell mainly to the elderly and you expect them to jump through these hoops to meet your 90 day cut off for refunds. You are able to resell those packages and my Dad now is out three hundred bucks...plus all of his medical fees. " She was polite and said she'd alert them of this. What a racket!

We bought into the trial offer and then decided to cancel before we got charged $91.68 for the next month's supply.
Although we were 1 day after the deadline to cancel, we did receive a Notice that our order had been cancelled.
Two days later we received a notice that our next month's order had been shipped. Sure enough our bank account had been dinged for the monthly renewal fee. How could they say it's cancelled and then go ahead and ship it two days later???
After a back and forth on the email to customer service we were instructed that when the order arrived to simply write on the package Refused and drop it off at the Post Office.
It came and we followed the return instructions the same day and then waited and waited and waited for our refund that never came.
Finally we get someone on the Customer Support line and they tell us that our refund will be less the return shipping costs. So we get punished financially for their error in not actually cancelling the order as their email to us had stated they had.

Nothing they said is true still fighting to get my money back. Phony product Phony claims. not money back guarantee as stated in fact they charged my card more than they stated. Very upset customer.

In good faith my husband tried it for the introductory 3 weeks for $26.90. Before we could cancel because it DID NOT HELP AT ALL!!! They sent us the next months supply charging us $86.90. We mailed the product back unopened. However, they refunded us $79.95. $6.95 less for shipping. In our opinion this was unethical. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and every penny is important.

Relief Factor is no better than GNC Multivitamin Packs. When they are delivered, you notice they look just like GNC Multivitamin Packs and they do NOT work any better then the GNC Multivitamin Packs. More "Snake Oil"!

While I love their spokespersons (Larry Elder, Pat Boone, Joe Piscopo) Relief Factor made my pain significantly worse. Before I completed the trial, the company prematurely auto shipped the second 30-day supply and billed my credit card $79.95 plus shipping. Their rude customer service department first refused to accept my return caused by their mistake. But when they finally did, they would not refund my original shipping cost. A bad experience all the way!
