No instructions. Emails were answered until I received the braces, now nothing. Requestrd instructions on Jan 23rd. Requested refund on 24th and again on 29th, no response. Called company on Feb 2nd, VM only. Will wait a few days then contact CC company.
I should have read reviews before purchasing! Does not fit properly, emails are unanswered, phone number on website is unattended, a voice mailbox. I have put the charge into a dispute with the credit card company.
I really wanted this to work but the product is a scam. The brace I received is an Aolikes brace, not a Relieflex brace. If the company is not sending their own advertised supposedly amazing product then why do we need to order from them at all. Clearly there is nothing special about this brace at all. It does not stay in place and is no more comfortable than any other brace. I have tried to email 3 times and have yet to receive a response. I also left 2 messages on a voicemail that has no identification as a relieflex company. I feel totally lied to! What a nasty thing you do to people who are looking for help! Awful! Awful! Please do not buy this product.
As per their return policy: I need a return label. I have been trying for 15 days to get them to send me a return label. They asked for a reason and a photo which I have provided multiple times. I finally elevated this to my credit card company.
UPDATE: after providing proof to my credit card company showing I had tried numerous times to get a return label, my credit card company issued a full refund.
Does not even deserve 1 star. Ordered from Relieflex, but received a product called AOLIKES knee brace from China with no directions in English Looked up AOLIKES online and found them offered for $5.99 with an upcoming sale price of 99 cents. (Relieflex insisted it was the same product). Have been going back and forth with customer service about a refund without any luck.
Received a scam product direct from china. Tried it anyway - it sleepless down constantly and provided no support. I attempted to return. Customer service only responded when I filed a claim with my bank, and they were incredibly rude and passive aggressive.
I ordered a knee brace for my knee. Item is shipped from China so I have not received it yet. It is stuck in customs and no indication of when it will be delivered. I had to purchase a different brace because of the pain I was having. I wanted to cancel the order since I hadn’t received it, asked for a refund. Customer service was not polite. Gave me every excuse as to why this is my fault. I would not buy from this company again and I do not recommend it either. May as well go to your local pharmacy and purchase one there. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received the item.
