It tool quite a while until they shipped the lenses for my meta quest 3 to Norway. but they finally arrived about 14 days late, but they are great so far! I even got a cool plastic box to keep the lenses in. I can recommend these guys!

This is a great product. Designed and executed very well. All the details down to the ability to remove the individual lenses easily and fix them back into place with the magnetized surface for ease of cleaning. Has definitely leveled up my VR experience. Highly recommend!

Great quality and A+++ on having easily removable lenses. I wear contacts part of the time too so it makes the transition very quick

Haven't recieved my lenses yet but have spoke to a member of the team and was very helpful reassuring me of the quality i will be recieving I can not wait.

Update: i haven't recieved my lenses and the quality on these are 2nd to none they are expensive but you pay for the quality and unlike others I have ordered lenses from these are top notch and worth every penny I highly recommend these they know what they are doing.

I spent some time looking for a company who would accept my high Cyls prescription and was very happy when Reloptix accepted it. Following my order I had an issue receiving their emails (my issue) - an email to customer support sorted this quickly. I was a little disappointed about the lead time and concerned about my prescription (I had expected an uplift in price hadn't received one). Further investigations of the website revealed information about the two week lead before the prescription is looked at and then the price uplift for 'experimental' lenses. I didn't want experimental lenses so I contacted support to cancel my order. This was addressed without question and on the same day as my request.
So, I can't speak for the lenses as I have purchased at a lower price from a company who know about higher prescription lenses. However I do appreciate an online company with a good customer support and my experience with Reloptix support was excellent. I would advise the company to make the information regarding higher prescription lenses much more visible regardless of where on their website a customer lands. I have no issue with their choice of sales model, only the visibility of information.

There was an immediate difference in clarity with my new Reloptix lenses in place in the Quest 3. From sharp to crystal clear in the snap of a lens. Just like last time I'm happy to spend a little extra and wait a little longer for American made.

When I ordered glasses they reached out to me to make sure I was getting exactly whet I needed, much appreciated. What a great product, my daughter is so happy stating nothing is fogging up! These shipped pretty fast too.

Well worth the wait for these prescription lenses for my Oculus 2. So easy to take on and off of the oculus. Comes with a wonderful and durable case that you can store the lenses in when not in use.

The time from order to getting to you house is unacceptable. I'm unsure how or why it takes these guys 3 times as long as any other place I have ordered. I have ordered from these guys for my quest 2 and now 3. The reliability and promptness has gone down. When I received my pimax I used Honsvr and i had my prescription inserts in a week. Very disappointing.

Ordered prescription lenses for my VR headset (Quest 3). Very nice product (magnetic clip-in mechanism - easy to remove, clean, etc). Also very good customer service - there was a problem with my original order which Jason resolved promptly.

I spent a long time trying to find a place to get myself some prescription lenses for my Quest to. When i finally found Reloptix i was pretty skeptical at how good these really were. When they finally arrived it took no trouble at all to get them installed into my headset. Afterwards i immediately hopped into Vr and they were amazing. They worked perfectly and i could finally see without having to use my glasses anymore that did nothing but hurt my face when i played. This made the experience comfortable for me and the price i paid was great. Reloptix really puts so much care into their products and they are well packaged. If your like me your reading these reviews because your unsure if the product is what you expect or your feeling a little uneasy about the purchase.

Let me put your mind at ease, put simply the lenses are point for point no better or worse than my glasses which cost a little over $600au or about $390usd. So excellent value for money.

But what you really need to know about is there after sales support.

I was having a nightmare run with the local delivery service here in Adelaide. Lets just say after 3 days of trying to get the package delivered, they would not answer there phones and then all the tracking information vanished from the delivery service's website I thought I had done my money. As a last ditch effort I reached out to Reloptix, 2 hours later I had a text from the delivery company saying it was on its way again, and within 5 hours I had the lenses in my hands !.

So if the company is prepared to help you from the other side of the world I can't see how your ever going to have any problem with support !.

My experience now playing my Quest 3 is greatly improved and Reloptix will always be the first place I'll look for VR lenses in the future.

I purchased a pair of the lenses after doing some research online. Ordering them was easy. It took a little while for the lenses to come in, but in their defense, they stated that this time of year was busy and lenses could take longer than usual. When the lenses arrived I noticed immediately that I was seeing double while using my Meta Quest. I contacted customer support, and they reached out to me very quickly, They asked me to try a few things and after a short amount of troubleshooting, they realized that they had used an incorrect PPD setting in the lenses. A set of replacement lenses were sent out the next day, and I received my replacement lenses within three business days. The lenses work perfectly, it’s so nice to be able to use my Meta Quest without using my prescription glasses in them. The quality is very clear and I commend their customer service on how prompt, kind, and how efficient they were in getting me replacement lenses. would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the great job!

I just upgraded my Quest 3 prescription inserts to Reloptix from the "official" Zenni inserts, and I couldn't be happier with them. The lenses are clearer (I'm assuming from better quality glass), slimmer, and the build quality is fantastic. I also love that they are magnetic, so it won't be nearly as much of a hassle to share the headset with my family, and inserting/removing them won't wear down the attachment points. I 100% recommend Reloptix lenses!

I ordered prescription lenses for my Quest 2 and they are seriously game changing. I have wide frames so I before I had to cram them in the quest and it was super uncomfortable and didn’t look that great. I got the Reloptix lenses and they were super easy to install and look sooooo much better. It feels like the first time I got glasses all over again. I have never been able to see my Quest this clearly. I also like that it comes with a case, protective bags for the lenses, and a cloth and the lenses easily pop in and out with magnets which is nice since I share my headset. Worth every penny imo.

Initially I chose Reloptix because they really answered all the questions I had right on their web page. This was something I found lacking with other vendors. I wear progressives and have found that fitting new lenses can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Some vendors get it right the first time, others do not. This is the first Rx VR lens kit I have ever purchased so I did have a little angst about how it was going to work out. Well these people got it right the first time. I sent them my prescription and they produced a first class product that works. Money well spent. Also, their communication during the waiting period, about production and shipping timelines, was spot on and 5 star.
