Thank you for your review.
Having investigated the matter internally, we can confirm that your remap and speed limiter removal were completed on 1st July. Your first email raising concerns was received on 4th September, some two months later.
Since then, our technician and Customer Sales team have made several attempts to contact you by text and telephone but unfortunately have not received a response. If you would like to return our call, our number is 0800 0161 4326, or you can email us at enquiries@remapkings.com with a convenient time and we will call you back.
At Remap Kings we pride ourselves on resolving issues promptly, and we feel that leaving a 1-star review does not fully reflect the service provided or our attempts to resolve this matter. We always welcome feedback, positive or negative, but we believe it should reflect the full picture, including the fact that we have actively tried to contact you.
For future reference, our Customer Sales team are always on hand and happy to assist with any queries. If you would like us to revisit and investigate this further, we would be glad to arrange that.
We hope you will consider amending this review in light of the situation, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Michael came through this morning…
Michael came through this morning nice and early, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions regarding the remap of my nissan navara. I left him to it with a cup of tea and about 45min later he was done. Took the vehicle out for a spin in the morning briefly and then later this afternoon and definitely notice the navi being livelier and smoother. Feels like more life has been put into my vehicle and I'm very chuffed with the results. Thank you Michael and remap kings, definitely be giving you a ring on the next one.

Quick, simple, informative and apparent results!
After the booking, Michael was quick to get in touch with confirming a time, and was very accommodating to my floating between locations. Quick to get to the job, showed me any faults my car had before the remap and explained what was what and what it all meant. Remap done, quick test drive and immediately the difference in torque was evident and encouraging. All in all, great experience.

Stage 1 mapping by Tom.
Tom was friendly, knew his stuff and was a pleasure to watch work.
Had a cancellation so called to see if I wanted the work done early, obviously I snapped his hand off.
Once he finished doing his magic, went for the 'test' drive and wow.
Can't recommend these guys enough, this is the second car they have done for me and couldn't be happier.
