If I had the option of a zero rating I would have chosen that. I have been a Remote Lock customer for over two years and every time I have a technical problem it is almost impossible to speak with someone at Remote Lock to get support. I've reached out to the CEO via Linkedin to let him know how poor their support is however he never responded so I just don't think anyone in Remote Lock cares. My advice would be to stay away from working with this company.

I wouldn't recommend to buy from them. the sight doesn't work properly either. all i had to do was renew my subscription but the sight doesn't let .

Worst customer service .
Worst Customer Service – Do Not Buy From This Company
I do not recommend purchasing locks from this company. If you experience a problem with their products, getting support is extremely difficult.
They do not provide reliable live customer service when immediate assistance is needed. Phone calls are not answered, and customers are required to leave messages and wait for a response.
When dealing with the security of your home, apartment, or business, you need a company that is responsive and dependable. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with this company.
I would strongly recommend considering other lock providers that offer better customer support and faster response times when issues arise.

Multiple issues with kwikset apps
Multiple issues with kwikset apps. Very hard to reach any support. I have used them for 6 months and still have issues not resolved. I currently have 3 emails in for over 2 weeks and zero response.

We manage over 50 smart locks with RemoteLock and have never had any major issues. Hostaway integration works perfectly.

AWFUL TECH SUPPORT
I have a Remote Lock that performs Ok, however when you have a problem, their tech support is AWFUL!!!! You cannot call in, since their number 877-254-5625 ALWAYS says "Lines are temporarily busy" Even if you are locked out of your house or building you must email tech support and pray they get back to soon....though they don't.... DO NOT BUY locks from this company, until they improve their support. YALE Locks tech support is by FAR superior...

RemoteLock is vital to our business operations.
RemoteLock has been an excellent product for our vacation rental business. It gives our homeowners added security and peace of mind and the software has proven to be a very reliable part of our operation. The system works extremely well and one of the biggest endorsements I can give is that we rarely, if ever, hear complaints from our field team.
RL is also a very strong operational tool because it allows us to handle more complex access configurations across the homes we manage. We can manage multiple locks for a single property, group locks together, and set access schedules in a way that supports how STRs operate day to day. That flexibility has been extremely valuable for our team.
RL is an operational tool we truly rely on every day and it would be very difficult to run our business without it. Having a dedicated account manager has also made a real difference because it gives us strong support behind the product when needed. It is a dependable, valuable platform and one I would absolutely recommend.

Helpful Team, Great Technology
We’ve been very impressed with RemoteLock. Their technology has helped us at Boulder Junction Motor Lodge, our motel, provide a safer and more seamless experience for our guests, and their integrations have made operations easier for us as a business. Their customer support has also been outstanding. They’ve been patient, helpful, and willing to walk through things clearly, which has made the process much less overwhelming.

Great software
Great software, we’ve used for 5+ years and are happy with its reliability. I’ve never had to use the customer support so can’t speak to its reliability but, not having to use customer support in 5 years should speak for itself.
Our rep has been an amazing addition to an already excellent product. They’re extremely responsive and genuinely committed to the success of our company!!
