Application is misleading as it does not do what it shows in advertising....
I attached floor plan with clear walls and furniture. It has converted kitchen into bedroom, Windows into the walls. I was promised to have walk through option, there is no such a option.
Please issue full refund as I did not use it as advert mislead me.

You don’t need my order ID as I have done only one order, Also you can see 100s of negative feedbacks the same as mine, so there is no point to mislead Trustpilot as you trying to sort out the problem. I am not gonna do any testing for you. Application had to be tested before advertising.

It’s a scam!
It’s a scam!! I cancelled my account right away (it was a cr-app) , and it said I had to ALSO cancel my subscription (if my account is cancelled SO ARE my subscriptions!) so I cancelled the subscription as well, but it turned out they had signed me up for multiple subscription services, and I had to cancel each one! They are trying to make multiple charges, have no interest in making a useable app, just trying to scam people out of $$$.

An absolute scam. They charge you twice initially while saying they're only going to charge you xxx, and just now, i got 3 charges on my card (after I canceled through their very very complicated cancellation process). Thankfully, my card flagged them and declined them. Do NOT download this app.

Like others I got sucked into the free trial, and then asked why I couldn't get a refund as I canceled it within MINUTES! The customer service team keep referring to the t&cs and that apparently the one I selected has no free trial.... it definately did.
Keep away. I took one Pic, and the only suggestion they made was to add a ugly rug. Ugh.

Be aware which subscriptions you are signing up for.
I totally agree with the other reviews. Signed up for free trial of seven days and was happy to pay the initial payment. Then they started charging me for other amounts. Luckily my bank flagged it as suspicious and temporarily stopped my account. So grateful. Now just have to wait for another card.
Update on the above. Renovio did contact me to seek further feedback on my experience. They have advised that they will look at improving clear navigation, upfront transparency, and payment flow to improve the user experience.
Just be careful if you sign up for a seven day trial that you are not also agreeing to a three day trial of the furniture subscription. Apparently I did this inadvertently and was then charged for a renewal.

I'd select 0 if I could. Subscribed for 3 day trial and just noticed on my bank account R300 had been taken on day 2 and R500 on day 3. No choice for cancellation. Absolute scam. Website takes you on a loop with no option to cancel I now have to cancel the credit card and start all over again. AND Chat GPT was better. Bastards!!

Signed up for the 7 day free trial and they someone managed to get money from
me for agreeing to another service on top of this.
I find myself pretty tech savvy, so it’s been done to deliberately mislead customer.
Gave it the benefit of the doubt though and ideas/images were poor.
Save your time and money and just use any of the free AI sites.

One star is way too much , seems more like a spam and fraud business . Quality of design way lower than simple ChatGPT. Additionally they charge you extra even though it claims the trial for 7 days is free. Do not use it!

I wanted to check out the free trial for 7 days. My apple pay statement said $0 dollars before authorizing payment. Then on the bank statement i got charged two transactions of $15 and $20. I immediately canceled the subscription, never designed anything and wrote to ask for my money back. I will also write to apple to ban them from using their service, and report this fraud to the European Anti-Fraud office.

Grossly dislsappointed
I am totally disappointed! I wish I could give zero stars. First I was tricked into 7-days free access and then I was billed a whole N9712 Nigerian Naira! Secondly the design was worse than what I uploaded. I am totally disappointed and I want my money back. It is not even worth my time let alone my money!
