I HAV PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO REVEAL THE CONTACT DETAILS FOR A HOUSE ONLY TO BE REDIRECTED TO ORIGINAL RIGHMOVE WEBSITE LISTING, THEN THEY WONT LET ME CANCEL THE 7 DAYS TRIAL SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME £35

I signed up for the £5 to check a flat…
I signed up for the £5 to check a flat I was interested in. Once they had my £5, I could login properly and contact the landlord. I then noticed that the flat was advertised in the wrong city!
So false advertising.
Next thing I message them to get my £5 back. No surprise heard nothing.
And obviously forgot about the subscription as I was waiting for a response.
Now I’ve been charged £35. So all in all this company has successfully scammed me out of £40!
Just avoid! Very unhappy to have lost £40!

It's a con from a Danish based company
Whilst looking for a property, a barn conversion came up with an amazing staircase in the centre of the room, something you'd see in a movie. The button said 'Contact Landlord'. When you do, there is a £5 fee to pay for a 7 day trial. If you read the small print, they will take £35 from your account if you don't cancel after 7 day. On further inspection, the property did not exist.

renthero.co.uk I subscribed for 7 days and paid 5 pounds. They did not ask me if I wanted to carry on the subscription and pay 35 pounds!!!!!!!! I did not subscribe for £35, but they took it from my bank account. I request a refund. Waiting for their response.
Also, the information they provided is inaccurate, and the property you showed me during my 7-day subscription is not available by following your links. So they scam people not only by taking £35 but also by failing to provide the information that, according to my 7-day £5 subscription, they should.
Please return my £35 to my bank account, and I will leave feedback on Trustpilot confirming that you are NOT scammers. Otherwise, your actions just prove that you are scamming me.
To avoid a situation where people get scammed by you:
1. Email confirmation should be required before allowing account creation and charging for a trial, as is standard practice across similar services.
2. The advertising banner should clearly state what happens when the trial finishes.
3. At the end of a trial, users should be downgraded to a free plan by default, with a clear option to upgrade, rather than being automatically charged.

Avoid at all costs. Was charged £5 to contact landlord. Then less than 2 weeks later they have taken£35 out of my account. I can’t get any info regarding this on email from them when I signed up.

I want to cancel the subscription which was meant to be free trail and all the properties you get if you want to contact the landlord you have to pay and now they been trying to get £35 from my account but my bank won't let you and I want this to stop as I'm not interested anymore.

WARNING - SCAM
WARNING - this is a SCAM COMPANY
It misrepresented that I could contact private landlords directly, but I had to subscribe and pay £4, which I did. When I then clicked on listings to contact, it turned out they were old listing and I was directed to agents, NOT landlords, and the properties were already off the market. When you email info@ it bounces to their FAQ. When you click on FAQ, the link is broken. When you call the number listed on site it is dead.
