THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTINGLY BAD DO NOT GO WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO COMMUNICATE CONTACT DETAILS WITH THE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS EITHER TO THEM OR FROM THEM. THE PLATFORM BLOCKS ALL TEL NUMBERS OR EMAILS ITS AWFUL. GO ELSEWHERE IT IS ONLY FOR THEIR BENEFIT NOT FOR YOURS WHEN YOU WANT TO WEED OUT THE TENANTS THAT YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME ON

From a property management perspective they are very good. Have used for over 10 years. Note this is a self management service.
The additional services which are quite new are shocking. IE gas engineers and electricians. Too may unreliable ones, seems openrent do not vet them properly as a result the tradesmen don’t care about customer.
