I had my Omega serviced & repaired. Though the repair took longer than expected, the result was superb. The watch now functions as it should and it looked brand new when it was returned. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the service from start to end
Very satisfied with the service all round. I had some worries about sending my watch by post but it was very well tracked, the other reviews reassuring and repair done perfectly and promptly. Definitely a good, better value service than going to Bvlgari direct.

Rolex Oyster service
I sent my 55year old Rolex oyster for service and repair,with I must confess a little trepidation given the value and the sentimental nature of the watch.
I was pleasantly surprised with the way in which the job was done.
I was kept informed at all stages and the watch was returned in as new condition and is more accurate than it has been for years

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I sent my watch for free quote and was quoted £500 for a repair which I couldn’t afford. So I requested for my watch to be sent back but instead I had to negotiate with a staff member over the phone in order for the company to agree to return my watch.
Then I received an invoice for £30 to return my watch to me, which when I queried this, I was told that my watch is a vintage and high value watch and somewhere buried deep in the T&C’s states that the return cost is £29.95 instead of the normal £12.95.
I really can’t understand why there are so many other reviews that seem so good for this company when I feel like I have been mis-lead and feel ripped off.
I would advise anyone who wants to deal with this company to first request full costs with full clarification prior to engaging to avoid feeling like I do.

Dear Quinton, We explained everything through your repair, emails, and calls. Here is your repair journey.
After our vintage specialist assessed your vintage omega watch, we recommended that it was more than just a battery and that we could send your watch to Omega Switzerland as the last opportunity to complete a repair, which you refused.
We then asked what your repair cost expectations were to see if your budget suited the expected costs in Switzerland we provided.
The return not repaired prices are readily available before you send a watch for assessment. As our emails and messages state, we have a minimum charge of £12.95, vintage and higher-end watches will be higher, and we are surprised that you expect your Vintage 40+ years old Omega would be in the administration charge category as a basic quartz watch. Our FAQs also have a standard price list. As for values, we do not know as we offer repairs to what is required.
Your administration charge can be credited against the repair should you change your mind and proceed in the next 28 days. Sorry, we could not help on this occasion, and you deemed it necessary to leave a 1-star review.

I have now had 3 watches serviced /…
I have now had 3 watches serviced / repaired by this company. I didn't use the postal service as I wanted to meet the people involved and assess the premises before dispatching an expensive watch into the unknown. All three jobs were completed in a professional and businesslike manner and whilst not cheap they are a lot more cost effective than the alternatives. I would have no reservations in recommending them.
