…worth the money
My reconditioned blu-ray dvd player arrived in a well packaged box so no damage on transit.. and the dvd player was in good condition .so all and all for the money I paid for it was worth it.

I'm very happy with my purchase from them.

It looks and works as good as new
DVD player arrived in a few days and it looks and works as good as new. I am using it with a video projector and a HDMI cable and a separate amp for the sound.

Still play the odd cd/bluray on one of my tv so did not want to pay too much. This was perfect plays both, looks virtually new, working remote etc. quick delivery and great price.

Product as described at good saving
Product was as described and priced competitively. Only minor criticism is lack of any order confirmation by email from the company and when subsequently Royal Mail confirmed delivery time (which was not adhered to) the name was Freemans. In view of RM delivery scams I found it difficult to check out on the website that I was indeed dealing with C Freeman and that the RM email was in order. The company might like to note this confusion which could have been easily been clarified in an email order acknowledgement which is normal business practice.

We are very sorry to hear of the issues with raised with this review. These products in particular were fully checked for over an hour and worked to standard. It may be the case that there may have been damage caused to the products in transit. However, this review is the first instance we have heard of the fault. We do offer free 30 day returns for change of mind and a full 12 month warranty on all of our goods. We have contacted to customer to arrange return and have offered a full refund upon receipt.

I'm very happy with my purchase of a new refurbished bluray dvd player, which came with remote and batteries enclosed, and is in perfect working order.
