I’m sorry you’ve had repeated problems trying to take out your policy online, that’s not the experience we want you to have, and I appreciate how frustrating it must be. I’m also sorry that your renewal premium appears to be £20 more than the price for a new policy.
We do use real time pricing so our prices do change regularly to help us stay competitive. We will of course always match any cheaper price for an existing customer as we would not want you to miss out.

Give them a try.
Easy to get my cover on line, cheaper breakdown cover than the company i have been with for more than 18 years. Had a Query to ask over the phone and was answered pretty quickly, problem solved with politeness and very helpful. Give them a try. Cannot comment on breakdown response, hope i have no need to call them.

Great price for good cover
Ease to get the right breakdown cover, great price. Haven't needed to call them yet. Will update stars should I ever need to. Which is why I gave 4 stats.

Luckily I've never had to call on their services but happy with range of booking options - being able to have more than one car etc. Easy to book online and they do answer the phone when I've called. The only thing to note is that they automatically renew your policy annually and I have found it to be cheaper to cancel the policy and renew again online.

Third year with Rescuemycar
Third year with Rescuemycar. I had the unfortunate breakdown 2 years ago and they were excellent! So why change? Prices and cover very good.

Waited 4 hours on M11 on the hard…
Waited 4 hours on M11 on the hard shoulder before pick up. Brought home (230 miles) as garages closed. I now have to pay pick up to take the car to a garage as they won’t move it unless it’s repaired can’t move it!! Disgusting service.
The driver who brought us home was great and the traffic management personnel excellent. They made sure we were safe. Rescuemycar didnt!

Quick easy website to use
Quick easy website to use. Appears good value in relation to other breakdown companies and an incentive of a £5.00 gift card as I used someone else's reccomendation. Although I have heard no more regarding that which is a little disapointing.
