riccardo was above and beyond professional.

I have to say on the downside, i waited over 1/2 our to have my call answered and despite being told i would know who was coming to sort my situation out, that did not happen.

Riccardo made up for this but if you are going to tell people that they will know who is going to 'attend' make sure you do that. Too much fraud currently so being assured is paramout.

Price was amazing, website easy to use. Fingers crossed we don’t need to use the service! 😁

Same price for uk service or European included service. Wouldn’t cover my Nissan as it’s over 16 years old, never called them out!!!

Like all the other bad reviews, we also had a bad experience. You get what you pay for. If you decide to use Rescue My Car understand that it is not a normal car breakdown company and make sure you read and understand the very small print several times. For example, when we broke down they wouldn't even think about coming out to tow us somewhere (anywhere, even a field) within 10 miles unless we first found a place to get towed to. Suppose you have no phone, or (more likely) are stranded in a place you have no clue about. How are you meant to spend hours googling to try and find something suitable to get towed to ? We spent two frantic hours beside a busy road frantically trying to work out what garages were in the vicinity. Surely this must be completely unacceptable ? Also, BEWARE they don't try and fix at the roadside, they just tow max 10 miles to wherever you've told them you want to go. Yes, they can tow beyond ten miles if you can afford their £ per mile charge.
