This is absolutly the best agency I…

This is absolutly the best agency I have ever met, best efficiency, best experience, the flat is perfect.
Most importantly, everything happened in the flat you just send them an email, no complicated communication with land lord.

Strongly recommended!

I have been their resident for over 8 months and still a resident! all of the residently stuff are very friendly and helpful! Everytime I needed something to be taken care of, they did it the first time I asked them! They address to their resident’s requests very quickly to make sure they accomodate them the best they can. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for good service :)

Resident.ly have been fantastic…

Resident.ly have been fantastic throughout. The often laborious process of moving house was almost seamless. The welcome box was a nice touch and the kitchen and bathroom supplies meant we were able to hit the ground running. Unfortunately, the boiler was not working when we moved in and took three days to fix. Whilst Resident.ly acted professionally and were supportive in fixing this issue, I felt that it was a slight oversight not to ensure something as pivotal as the boiler was fully functional. Overall, however, I would not only recommend Resident.ly, I would urge you to consider using them if you want a hassle-free move.

Highly Recommended

Highly Recommended - We have no hesitation in recommending Residently.

We rented a two bedroom executive apartment in Kings Cross, London through Residently and found them to be very professional, responsive and easy to deal with.

At all times, every member of Residently we spoke to or emailed was friendly, easy to work with and quick to respond. We would like to personally thank Noemi, Alex and Richard for everything they did while we were living in the apartment in London.

We would absolutely rent an apartment with them again.

Responsive and Professional

Residently has done a great job of responding to our needs, and making the rental process fairly easy.

The reason this 4-stars instead of 5 is that I wish they were more proactive in maintaining the unit itself. They have accommodated our requests for repairs to the unit, however this would be a 5-star review if we didn't need to point out the unit flaws in the first place.

Overall, very satisfied with Residently.

Fantastic rental agency - the best we've found!

Our experience with Residently has been fantastic thus far and we are recommending the agency to others already!

Our highlights:
- A dedicated Residently contact, who's super quick to respond
- No admin fees!!!
- Reported repairs are dealt with very quickly
- Easy online process; from arranging viewing to moving in
- Flexible move in date meant we could move in after our existing tenancy finished (no overlap in rental payments)
- Extras are great i.e. cleaner, welcome pack, setting up bills, wifi ready etc.

I have to admit that I am very happy…

I have to admit that I am very happy with residently services. So far I always got prompt responses and answers to my questions and I feel Residently are genuinely trying to help, support and provide quality service which is very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them!

Outsanding team and service

I have recently started renting a flat through Residently and both the team and service have been outstanding. They welcomed us in our new flat with lovely flowers and helped us with the move in by arranging the transport and delivery of our items from our previous flat. Whenever we have had an issues they have solved them for us and been extremely helpful with everything.
