Very easy to use for a beginner
Very easy to use for a beginner. I had no previous experience with resistance bands but these give me the perfect amount of resistance for my strength level. I would also like to express my appreciation for the staff who answered my questions and enabled me to buy bands of the right weight.

Resistance Bands Australia I would highly recommend. I am a soccer player and have used these bands to better my strength and also has been amazing for therapy on certain injured areas e.g. my ankle.
They won't let you down.

Bands are average
Bands are average, service is disgraceful. It took three weeks for them to arrive and only after 2 emails and two phone calls. Was lied to and they used the excuse that they were "swamped". Get your bands elsewhere.

Review of resistance bands
I began using the resistance bands a few months ago, and have improved in my upper body strength and flexibility. I travel a bit and take the bands with me, so there is no excuse not to use them when away from home.

No communication to email, until Mike stepped in, he helped greatly
I bought my bands and didn't receive them for a few weeks, i had emailed customer service, to which there was no response. But then Mike emailed me back with sincere apologies and confirmed he would get it sorted, which he did. I hope the Customer Service has improved since.

Completely Incompetent
Order confirmed 6/2/17. Sent multiple emails, chat messages on website and phone messages. Did not hear anything from this company until the 1/3/17 when I was sent this message:
Hi xxx, So sorry for such a delay...you bands will be out with Aus Post tomorrow. Once again I apologise for such a delay. We've had major issues with shipping companies and our increase in sales these last couple months. Thank you for being so patient. Kind Regards xxxx @ RBA.
The people who run this business couldn't be any more pathetic if they tried - I own my own online business and trust me when I say YOU ARE PATHETIC. If you had issues with shipping companies at least let your customers know of the delay or respond to one of their 6+ emails instead of waiting over 3 weeks. Thanks for your heavily anticipated resistance bands that smell like death.

We are sorry you think that way...we did our utmost to inform our customers of this delay during that time. And in regards to the smell of bands we inspect all of our imported orders and only get product manufactured from one of the top 5 manufactures in china. So I'm not sure why you think our product smells. we are very happy to refund or replace.

over a month to receive product
Waited over two weeks without hearing anything from Res Bands Aus or receiving products so emailed to find out what was going on. Received a reply advising that I should have received notification that orders had been delayed due to supply shortages (I didn't get this email).
Following this I was told I could either wait for an additional 2 weeks for the supply to arrive or receive a different brand but the same product however was told the cost of this would be higher. I asked if I could be sent the bands they did have in stock as soon as possible which I was advised they would be, still took over 2 weeks to receive following this.
Bands seem fine, but given there are a lot of the same products online I would recommend going with a different brand as to wait over a month for something like this without any word until I followed up is not acceptable from my perspective.
Save yourself the trouble and order from a different supplier.
