Resistance Bands Australia 

I purchased "The Strong Man Set of Six" resistance bands before I left for a two week holiday in Hawaii, as I knew I would have limited access to a gym. The delivery was incredibly fast and the bands were excellent quality, very light weight (only ~1.5kg), and easy to pack into my suitcase! Buying these bands before my vacation was honestly the best decision I've ever made - it was like bringing an entire gym with me overseas! The bands allowed me to workout everyday with no restrictions - I could exercise by the pool, in the house, at the beach, the park, anywhere! The varying resistance the bands provide is quite challenging (2kg-18kg) and I would highly recommend purchasing them if you're travelling and don't want to lose all of your hard earned progress from the gym! Even if you don't travel, the bands are still much cheaper than buying a gym membership, are easy to use, and you can do almost every resistance exercise under the sun with them! Seriously, do yourself a humongous favour and get yourself some resistance bands - I promise you won't regret it!

Honestly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It took 2 weeks for these cretins to even bother shipping my bands (which I obviously paid for at the time of order) in that time I tried calling and emailing and never received a single reply of any kind.
Once they finally shipped it took a week to arrive, the fast shipping they claim couldn't be further from the truth.

Overall 1/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Paid $99 for a set of bands which have never been sent. Absolutely nil communication from the company. I have sent emails, called the office over 50 times over two weeks and left voice mails but never a response. They stole from me. Do not but from resistance bands australia they are a scam.

Ordered after xmas before new years, spoke to them on the phone and they assured me it would arrive in time before i headed off to work for a month. It did not arrive in time, i only required them for the month, no use to me now and would like a refund. Have sent multiple emails without a single response, i'm not trying to return a faulty product or anything like that, they are unopened still in the box they sent them to me in, i'm happy to pay for postage to return and just recoup the sum of the money spent of them.

My items arrived super quickly and I was really pleased with the product, I got great value for money. The items were true to the description on the website.

Excellent product but one extra pair of handles would be handy.

Changed my workouts, helped strengthen muscles that had previously been difficult to restrengthen due to previous injury.

Order was a little delayed but the RBA team kept me in the loop throughout the whole process - which was brilliant.

The bands are of excellent quality. I've been thrashing them in training and they're definitely holding up.

I ordered some clothes from London on the same day they arrived 3 days later i got the resistance bands 2 weeks later
The longer bands are great 👍🏾
The shorter bands that go around your legs knees the 2 weeker ones are probably more suited to rehab

I'm not much of an exerciser.
Am 74 and decided rather late to do something.
By accident found out about resistance bands.
Was looking for replacement bands for my vibration plate.
Had troubles finding any ,then saw these resistance bands
and thought I could use those instead.
After investigating the bands I thought there might
actually something pretty good to it.
Have been using them now for several weeks.
Surprisingly I am becoming an exercise junky.
Am really enjoying using them and feel a lot better for it.
Am using a vibration plate as well.
So I'm very happy with them so far.
The exercise program is also very good.
I'm impressed with it all.

While the communication from RBA was good, the long delay was unacceptable.
