Resistance Bands
Your service was efficient with timely delivery of the product.
I have just commenced using the bands and I am confident that they will be what I was expecting. The range of exercises, described in the included manual is more that what I expected.
I am happy with the product so far.

Actually Suprised
I have spent my entire adult life training and keeping fit. And only purchased the resistance band pack -- just to give me yet another element and option for my training/fitness. So I was very surprised at all the additional stuff that was included. ie instructional print outs and videos.
Unfortunately due to being in rehab currently, due to several pulled muscles in my back (first time in many years). I have not be able to really get into the programme yet. But from reviewing all the material so far, it will be most useful.

Thanks so much for your review! We are super glad you were happy with product and customer service. Enjoy your training
Good package for home use and holiday travel.
I bought these bands primarily for when I travel, but now use the a lot at home too. For those days when time is hot and getting to a gym or group class isn't possible.
They are easy to setup and use

Thanks again for taking the time to review our customer service. We apologise for the delay at times to reply to emails. We are going through a surge in sales and have recently added extra staff to improve all aspects of our customer service!
Late.
Honestly you came through in the end after several follow up emails which took you weeks to reply too . I understand you said your container was late etc but you also said " you overlooked "telling me this .
Having said that i think your product is fantastic (although ive given myself a black eye already) but I've recommended them to a lot of people.
Cheers

Great product and service.
Brought a set of resistance bands after reading positive reviews and have not been disappointed. Even the smallest bands are capable of taking my body weight (75kg) and go straight back into place with no signs of stress or potential for tearing. Highly recommended.

no need to waste time & money at the gym train in the comfort of your home
I have been training with resistance bands now for about four & half years since the gym my wife and I attended increased the fees to $14,50c a week, which is quite a big hike for a pensioner, (I am 83 years old) I train 3 times a week for about 70 minutes when I can, my wife have recently been on a 12 day cruise taking my rubber bands with me and training when I could, don't know when I will give up but at the moment I don't think it will be for a long time yet, you are never to old so try it.Lionel
