They completely blew me off.
I had a pickup scheduled for today between 8 and 12 am. I paid a deposit. I had an email confirmation. When I called at noon to ask about the pickup, they cancelled it entirely.
Meantime I was just trying to donate furniture to people in need.

System is a mesd
Friendly driver. Refused to take half our load even after going through it in detail with rep on phone. The bed items left were high quality and value. Big disconnect between rep setting up the experience and the reality of what driver took. Families in need missed out on some high quality furniture and we are left in a pickle as we were counting on this pickup.

The men were pleasant and easily…
The men were pleasant and easily removed the chair. But I would have liked to know that the chair removal was going to cost me $150+ during the pickup! It was quite a shock to be asked to sign for the pickup and pay so much! You should be up front about costs when the reservation is made.
