Got my retainer in 2 days as promised with super customer service via their Whatsapp. Would highly recommend if you're in a rush for teeth whitening.

Great value, my retainers fit perfectly! Communication was generally very good. I did same day pickup and there a slight delay on being met to receive my retainers but service was otherwise faultless!

Honestly surprised at how well this process went, my whitening trays are very comfy and it’s very easy to wear. Impression video guide is great and you can’t go wrong.

I was staying in the UK for some weeks and I lost my night guard and to avoid any hassle with appointments I gave Retainer Xpress a go opting for the Xpress delivery. From start to finish I had my nightguards in days. They fit very well and I got them in time for my flight.

They’ve chipped my moulds in 3 different places and these were my original moulds after getting my teeth done 5years ago. No, I have no moulds. Their policy states that moulds may break in the process so you have to sign your waiver (you don’t get to know this till after they’ve send you out the package). Retainers needs trimming down and do not feel tight but loose (Even though you can hear a click when you put them in and out) as they feel like gum shields rather than retainers, my teeth will definitely shift without that support. I asked for a refund twice and they kept Diverting the subject saying my retainers are fine. The retainers are very poor quality and the very thin and they can easily bend. Just stay away from this company not worth the hassle, pay more and use a more reliable company with Excellent customer service!!

I have all the email and WhatsUp evidence me asking for a refund, and yet still they interested the sounds and look perfect.

My information is not false, I have pictures of my moulds chipped. And when they send you your mail parcel packaging, you sign your name to say the moulds may get chipped in the process.

Really fast service - we sent in our own mould, I received a whatsapp message to tell me it was received and suitable to make a replacement retainer - and the new retainer arrived speedily and fits perfectly - would definitely recommend.

I was very happy with the retainers, they fit my son perfectly. It was a bit long the process because we had to do the moulds for the lower retainer twice. I would have like it to have a contact phone number to clarify things quicker in stead of waiting for emails/WhatsApps to come through, but overall it was a good and professional service so I will recommend Retainer Xpress

I ordered the kit to take impressions myself at home and send these off for new upper and lower retainers. The kit came within a couple of days, was very clear and had adequate spare putty. Quick responses for impression approval on WhatsApp. They had sent me new retainers within 2 days of receiving my impressions.
The retainers fit well and the material feels good quality. They sent back my impressions so I would be able to send them off again next time I want new retainers.
I was worried about using a digital service for this but I really recommend it for something quicker, more flexible, and cheaper than the dentist!

I was a bit nervous about using an online company, and their replies were a bit slow, however this may be a one man band kind of business so I tried not to worry and turns out i didnt need to. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I was alerted when they received my moulds and when my new retainers had been dispatched. It was quick and a fraction of the cost from a dentist but just as good quality. Very pleased and would definitely recommend!

Really pleased with my new retainers. The team were helpful providing feedback and advice with the impression kit (via WhatsApp). Kit arrived Tuesday, I sent off my impressions on Wednesday and my new set of upper and lower retainers arrived today (Friday). They seem much better quality and fit than the ones purchased through my orthodontist 6 years ago.
