Decent quality. Only because of them I managed to get a limited edition knockoff jersey. Of course its not real but the quality and support of the team is incredible. They helped me out so much when the size was wrong, so thank you for I am now a proud owner of 2 cool jerseys with orcas on them!

Where can I start?

The beginning I suppose when a family member sent me a link and pictures showing a bib short and jersey that a family member would love on a this companies site.

Having some personal experience of the growing number of retro cycling jerseys and accessories of which I am a fan I had no doubt that this would be delivered promptly with regular updates to its location.

Oh boy was I mistaken, I ordered this in November and although a fast approaching Xmas period was in full flow it’s been going on for quite some time now and not exactly just been sprung on us. I digress.

I heard nothing, days passed, weeks passed and still I heard nothing. I reached out and was given a tracking link which proved to be, well, chocolate and fire guard are rhe words that spring to mind but I will touch on this later.

He has a WhatsApp, which is a nice touch, a personal touch if you will.

However any time you contact him this way he generally replies with a link, a bizarre Chinese courier and then Evri, yes every customers worse nightmare come true when they discover a company is using Evri. This never changes, only showing “we are waiting to receive your parcel” No matter how many times you WhatsApp this person that’s what you get.

They also get slightly uppity when you state politely, but forcefully you are unhappy and this is disgraceful service, please be aware this is during the final full week before Xmas and this has. It arrived despite the person on the end of WhatsApp continually telling you: you will have it in a few days.

So here we are, six days before Xmas and after a slightly tetchy conversation where he stated he will give me a refund and leave me without the product, and that I was “impatient” had it been last week yes, but no, this is from NOVEMBER!!!

As it stands i am waiting still for this item, I have informed them I will grant a precious period of yet more patience and maybe I will get the item by Monday. Three days before Xmas.

I was and am actually beginning to suspect this is a scam and I am being taken for a fool.

But I’m not a fool and if my order is not here, by Monday then I will report this to the Police and my bank informed.

Let’s hope that isnt the case.

Bottom Line: Don’t buy from this company, unless the product itself comes with a sprinkle of angel dust that grants immortality or the power to speak to animals which I doubt.

Disgraceful incompetence and a complete lack of logistical expertise.

A real shame as their goods look very appealing and I would have bought from
them myself.

Not impressed really, found out these are manufactured in china, which is why they take 13-14 days for delivery, from order,not sure why the address is uk based, no mention of china on their website , contacted them about this, 1st reply was the last mile is Royal Mail, no reply on 2nd email regarding where the items were being shipped from,I don’t really care about the last mile, it’s the time in between that counts, and the delivery will miss my trip to Italy for the Eroica classic ride event, will be returning and not using this company again 👎🏻
