Amazingly bad !!

Amazingly bad !!! I’ve ordered a pare of gloves, they charged me and after three days of no info I wrote an email. They answered me to have patience, after one week I received an email, they apologized because they don’t have the helmet anymore!!!!! Now I really don’t know if they sent me an email for somebody else, my gloves are in the store or not …?
Stupid, unprofessional, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Nothing shipped

Like others recently, ordered helmet and visor from them. They charged my card the next business day but that's about it. No tracking, email not responded to, calls not answered. Bank is reversing the charges. If this company is having an issue like a death in the family, wildfires, peaceful protesting etc., they can put something on their website.

Edit:Shortly after writing this review retobikegear.com refunded me my money. No message, explanation, or apology. At least I got my money back. I will not be buying anything from them in the future.

I really wished I had read the reviews on this place before placing an order. I ordered a helmet two weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I've sent messages twice that went unanswered so I sent a third to attempt to cancel the order and get my money back. I doubt I will get it back judging by others experience. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place!

I purchased a motorcycle helmet from RetroCycle but have not received it nor have I received notification that it's been shipped.

I have tried calling their number multiple times but nobody ever answers..I have also written to them multiple times and never get a response.

At this time I plan to contact the California state attorney general and federal consumer protection commission.

If these people are ripping people off they need to be shut down and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

I placed an order for leather gloves 6 weeks ago. My credit card was charged. I have not received the gloves. I have sent out on e-mail two week ago with no response and left one voice message with no response. The phone number automatically goes to voice mail.

They took my money and never sent the helmet. I don't believe they are the business they claim to be. They are in the business of scamming people out of their money. Their phone number is not registered in the USA. Don't order from them.

Called 8 times, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWERS PHONE. Emailed NO RESPONSE. Paid for 3 day shipping.... HAVENT EVEN RECIEVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. TERRIBLE COMPANY $45 DOWN THE DRAIN

Fast service and great price

Fast service and great price, I had one minor snafu where they sent the wrong color helmet however Fred worked with me promptly to correct it, sending out a new helmet before I had even dropped off the incorrect with UPS. His communication and customer service was top notch.

Disappointed

I have to say I have been extremely disappointed thus far. I'm not saying not to use these guys as I don't think that's fair to say to most businesses. But my experience has not been good. Particularly when I compare to Revzilla. I received a helmet I purchased. I was quite surprised at how long at took to get to me and I see others have had this problem. I've ordered from Revzilla and delivery was much quicker. Also, customer service has been non existent. I've called for two days, left messages. No one answers and noone gets back to you. I emailed as well with no response. You just HAVE to provide more prompt service if you want to keep customers. Lastly, the helmet didn't fit and I measured and went according to size guidelines. So I just want to exchange, but they want me to pay return shipping $15. Again, this is not my experience with other sites like Revzilla who have paid for the return. Overall quite disappointed. What would be nice is to see them look at this review and similar ones and correct the way business is conducted. I hope they do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a Torc Helmet. It was like wearing a fish bowl. Odd shape. Really big on top. I returned it. It has been 8 days now since they have received it back, and they have yet to refund my money. They have not even replied to my emails. I even assume they are not really in California. I think they are in China or Japan, some wanna be company trying to be cool.

Shipping was timely

Shipping was timely. The product is just what I wanted. Seems to be well made. Even got a carry bag. I will use the bag to put over the instrument cluster to keep the sun off and dials from fading. Good company to deal with.

It fits good little bigger than…

It fits good little bigger than expected bought the one to snap visor on but the snaps on the helmet doesn't seem to hold ,now that I've used it I can't return oh well don't really have to use visor other than that it a good helmet
