I ordered myself 3 different hair…
I ordered myself 3 different hair clips, and although it took a while for them to arrive, they seem quite solid and resistant to breakage, and also seem to hold my thick and heavy hair well.

Very disappointed, item not as descibed
Very disappointed, the hair clip isn't as pretty as in the picture. The description also promised beautiful packaging, and a velvet pouch. The clip was squashed into a small , scruffy cardboard postage box, npt at all as decribed. It also took days to arrive . I certainly won't be using Reverie again.

Do not pull the hair out.
Silk covered hair bands, easy to use, they do not pull the hair when released. Colours look great, stay in place, perfect!

Two beautiful hair claws
Two beautiful hair claws! The quality is excellent. They are lightweight, so don’t drag on your hair and have excellent grip. I have long fine hair and a tender scalp if claws are heavy and prod into my scalp. These claws are so comfortable to wear, don’t slip out and look really lovely. I bought a beautiful blue one and chocolate - very happy with both!

The hair clasp I ordered is lovely quality and holds my fine hair really well. My only criticism is that it took a while to arrive; so long as you’re not in a hurry that’s fine!

The hair clips are very pretty- packaging not adequate
The hair clips are very pretty. The packaging was not stable enough and two of the clips were bent. Customer service did not make it very easy to get a refund, but did refund me for the clips that were damaged.
