There are plenty of great HR program providers out there. But when it comes to being responsive to my company's needs, I believe Reviewsnap is second to none. They have consistently worked with us to provide support and answers, and help us tailor things to fit our specific needs. My Representative, Candice Beebe, is the best. I appreciate her willingness to provide solutions, offer on-the-spot training, and her attention to her clients. Reviewsnap has been a great product. Customer service is excellent! Candace is super responsive and issues get examined and resolved very quickly. The product works very well and super user friendly. I have no complaints and it has made our performance review process much easier.

The system is feature rich and was able to be configured to meet our needs very well. Our account rep is super attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and interested in our success. Post-sales followup and ongoing support has been excellent. The product is a good value for the money, and the one time we needed a customization, it was a done quickly at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend Reviewsnap.

I think Reveiwsnap is a very well designed piece of software. It is easy to use, modular and flexible. It is not overly complicated and it is highly customtizable. Candace Bebe (my support rep) is extremely responsive and patient. Last year I called her 20 times and she was always happy to hear from me, even if she was going over something she had already reviewed with me. She trained me so well that this year I really haven't had to call her expect to extend our use license.

Reviewsnap has most of the featured we need in a simple, easy-to-use tool.

The implementation of Reveiwsnap was seamless, on schedule and on budget. Reviewsnap client support is always available for assistance, guidance and training, via phone call, e-mail, and webex.

Using ReviewSnap for our performance evaluations has be great. It is so easy to generate reports and pie charts. It is very professional and with the journaling and 360 reviews its easier to capture everyones evaluation reviews. Thanks we are a much more productive company with ReviewSnap.

As a current customer of ReviewSnap, I can only say that my experience to date has been extremely positive. I have the most patient and efficient Account Manager who is always available to assist when needed. From a customer service experience standpoint, I would recommend ReviewSnap
to any company. The software itself is very intuitive and user friendly and was very easy to introduce and adopt by our employees.

Our firm decided it was time to go with a new, more robust evaluation software a few years ago. We ended up choosing Reviewsnap because of the flexibility, ease of use and thought it was a good value for the cost.
We have used the program through several evaluation cycles now. There are a lot of nice features (spell check, suggested questions, etc.). We are currently using the 360 degree feature because it most closely matched what we had. Moving forward, we will be evaluating other portions of the program including the goals.
Additionally, our service team is always responsive and available to help.

At True Religion, we needed an easy goal setting and performance management system that was low maintenance, easy to use, as well as easy to configure. That's what ReviewSnap provided us. Plus, from goal setting to performance management, as well as 360 reviews and a compensation module, this platform is also pretty robust!

Right off the bat, our ReviewSnap Account Executive helped set up our system and we were ready to launch within days. On the employee facing side, the system is user-friendly which makes our employee's lives easier as well as our admins.

We also needed some custom configurations done in the system and ReviewSnap handled these requests promptly without having to deal with major configuration hassles like in other systems.

Overall, the ease of use and low maintenance of the platform makes it all the more effective for us. We would highly recommend this tool.

Administrators should be allowed to have journal entries notify HR when something has been entered.
Would be nice to have org charts in RS.
RS still needs work on the routing for signatures and for editing reviews that have more than one manager.

Here at the Television Academy we have been using Reviewsnap for 6 years as our Performance Management system. With a little over 50 employees, we have found this system easy to administer as well as make necessary adjustments each new review cycle. Over the years the team at Reviewsnap have continued to make process improvements which enhance the review process. With these changes there has been very little need for new and/or complicated retraining of our employees on how to use the system. At the same time, as the administrator of the system, my retraining has been minimal. And that leads me to one of the most outstanding aspects of Reviewsnap. The team there are totally customer focused and responsive. My questions are answered promptly which is quite important especially if we are in the middle of a review cycle. I recommend Reviewsnap as great performance management resource. One last comment; prior to our adding an HRIS system this year, I managed to find ways to use Reviewsnap to assist in that area. It was great at helping me track salary increases.

We are in our first year with Reviewsnap and are extremely pleased. It has taken us from a manual, less meaningful process to one that is automated and easy to use. Our managers are more enthusiastic about completing reviews and everyone is excited about the ability to send and receive instant feedback simply. We are no longer a "once a year performance review" company. I would give 4.5 stars if possible...my only reason for not giving a 5 is the reporting, which is good, but could be more robust and customizable. Hopefully that is coming soon! Otherwise, the support and product itself are wonderful. It has helped to transform performance management.

We moved from a completely paper-based employee evaluation program to Reviewsnap over a year ago and have been extremely pleased. From the initial demo to implementation, Reviewsnap delivered on every promise. We now have a consistent, automated performance management program that is comprised of self-assessments, annual performance appraisals, and other customized assessments tools to meet our needs. This past year, we successfully rolled out the 360 degree evaluation tool as well. The customer service experience is fantastic. This product has reshaped our ability as an Human Resource Department to better serve all our employees. I highly recommend it to anyone considering partnering with this organization.

ReviewSnap has definitely helped our company facilitate our performance review process. Our managers love the user-friendly system; not to mention the unique functions it carries such as journal entries for performance documentation and the ability to be able to track employee’s goals throughout the year.
