We've used ReviewSnap for a couple years now and are overall very satisfied with the system. The web based system allows our managers all of the country to be able to efficiently complete their performance reviews and the review and approval process is streamlined and expedited. We are very happy with the technology and the customer service that we continuously receive from our account manager, Candace. Great system!

We just started using ReviewSnap for our performance management system. It has been a home run! The system is very flexible, easy to use. The on-line training manual if detailed and self explanatory. The consultant is always available to help out. System is cloud based so you can use it where ever you are which is great for folks that travel.

I can run reports to see where folks are at. Looking forward to adding the compensation system

The Reviewsnap team has met or exceeded every one of my expectations with a review system. After researching and considering multiple options, Reviewsnap had all of the features and flexibility we were looking for. The only thing that holds it back from 5 stars in my mind is the ease of use from the admin perspective.
