Revivid LLC. Avis 58

I ordered a roll-on product from them on June 12, 2025 and they acknowledged receipt by email. I also have notice that my credit card was charged as well on 6/13/2025. I have tried emailing and calling, and have received no response. This is copied from that email: "Revivid LLC Order No. 358626498 6/12/2025" They have $29.99 of my money and I have no product. This is outrageous.

I placed two separate orders with revivid, one on 5/12 and one on 5/19. I did receive reply that they did get both of those orders. However, I have yet to receive any information regarding shipment of my orders. I did send them 5 different messages regarding their failure to communicate with me. Today is June 7th, no orders or communication, and I have been charged $60.00 with no products received. Do not order from this company. They are incompetent.

I placed my order beginning of Feb 2024 - only communication I got was an email saying my order was placed and they took my money ! No communication since then , no tracking , no order ! I have submitted requests more than once - and have nothing ! Plus phone number listed on Company site - is incorrect ! Terrible service and company for me being first time ( last time ) user !

Best topical on the market. Way better than bio-freeze or icy hot. Love this and their roll-on too

I love my Revivid 1000 gummies. Received my 2 bottles from Chris today as promised. These are the best for my anxiety and sleepless nights I used to have due to my fibromyalgia and neuropathy. I am a senior citizen age 69 and these have made a difference for better health! Thank you very much Chris!!!

I really dig this stuff!!!
I have been on many different medications both for mental and physical problems. And have delt with lots of horrible side effects over the years. So I was really skeptical of trying another medication. To my surprise full spectrum 6000mg is a cure-all! Wipes out all my anxiety and improved my sleep the first night! And I was trying it for major nerve pain. Turns out it works better than most strong pain meds with no side effects except some relaxation feelings! My 78 year old mom uses it now for her fibromyalgia and lower back pain. She also has had improved sleep. I really appreciate what you all are doing. There was a time when I gave up and believed I would live in both physical and mental pain for the rest of my life. Thank you for the relief!!!

It had taken a while but I did end up finding a way to reach out to the company via separate email. I give 4 stars now because of how difficult it was to contact the company regarding my order, however, once contacted they were efficient and respectful. The product is great and my mom loves it. I do not know if they have updated their contact info but once they do the whole process will be perfect.

Old review:
I ordered on Jan 16th, got a confirmation email, and have gotten nothing. On Jan 26th I got an email asking to rate my order. I thought maybe it was just premature and I could still wait with all the delayed orders and such. It is Feb 6th now and I have received nothing. I got another email to rate so here is my rating. I would give a 0 if I can. The customer service phone number doesn’t work, the email system doesn’t work. It’s a huge scam. Don’t buy from them. I’m out of $80 and have nobody to contact. Go to reliable companies.
