Josh was a massive help I was only looking for one specific bolt as I already have the crash protectors , he sent me a few options and I said which one looked right and he confirmed it , sorted it all out for me and then let me just order the bolt , definitely recommend using these customer service 10/10.

I'd got my hands on what I was told was a Gen1 EZcan device. So I was looking to upgrade it to the Gen2.
I contacted R&G via Email and a guy called Josh answered my email. It took a while for Josh to get the relevant info, but he stayed in touch with me regularly, reassuring me he was waiting for a response from the guys at EZcan.
He came back and confirmed that what I in fact had 2 was a gen2 EZcan, and it was the right one for my GS!
He COULD have duped me into buying another new one and I wouldn't have known any better.
Top marks for commitment, honesty and customer service!!!!!
I'll be back to R&G for my accessories as and when finances allow!
I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS!

Took my fathers new Tracer9 GT into R&G to get some crash bungs, really warm welcome and even fitted them for me while I wait. They were all pretty exhausted from working the NEC and only got back that day and still they were fantastic and very courteous. A great experience from R&G, professional and above and beyond. Thank you!

I personally think R&G products are decent and always add crash protection to my bikes plus a tail tidy and radiator guard. Sometimes can be on the expensive side, but not as expensive as gravel rash on your bike frame or engine covers...

I ordered a radiator guard, tank grips, and engine case covers for my bike, all in one order at the same time. For some reason R&G decided to ship my order to me in 2 separate packages, and because I live in the United States, had to pay two separate duty fees, $100 each. I am not writing this one star review because I am upset they sent me my order in two separate packages, maybe they couldnt fit my order in 1 box (even though its not a big order at all) or the parts were in different warehouse. What irks me is I emailed them to ask if they had sent my order in two separate packages, and if I needed to pay duty fees twice to DHL, or if it was a mistake on DHL's part; i simply wanted clarification, and I didnt even ask for a refund on duty fees or was demanding anything. And then I get ghosted by them after this, even though they were prompt in responding to my emails regarding their products previously. Responding to my email simply asking them for clarification would have been nice, but maybe they got scared of explaining the situation and owning up to a mistake they may or may not have made.
I highly do not recommend ordering from R&G if you are outside of the UK, you may have to pay double duty fees for one order without any explanation from them.
Hands down the Best company in the market, never ever have I had such a exceptional experience with any company.
I'm getting frame sliders next and it's definitely with R&G.

Übrigens: Die Kabelbinder werden am Kühler nicht sehr lange halten!

I had a problem with a set of R&G crash bars bought online from a different company. I contacted R&G direct Liam at R&G asked me for some photos and said they had been damaged in transit.i phoned on a Friday and a new set was delivered the following morning. It's the best after sales service I have ever had from any company.Liam was so helpful and professional, I would recommend R&G to anyone looking for good quality bike parts

Ordered crash bobbins and kickstand shoe only received crash bobbins. Never reply to emails no refund . Avoid looks reputable company but working like scam. Never will buy off them again

First thing, my order was late, when it arrived it wasn't at all what I had expected and wanted to return it. I then started a return case, e-mails was answered, but slow.
I sent it back and paid a lot of money to do so. And now T&T from the shipper says it's delivered, but now R&G aren't answering my e-mails anymore and I still haven't got my refund jet. Very bad service!

Bought many products and all been useful. Came down on my bike and need to replace crash protectors on one side, which they gave me a quote for just the parts I need. Been a lot of help.
