I acquired a 'mean machine' recently (a mint-condition 2005 Buell XB12S, since you ask) and wanted some protection for it. I thought I may have a bit of a problem sorting stuff. In fact I did, until I found Rob and his mates at R&G racing via the inter-web thingy. Singularly helpful advice, bits identified and ordered, delivered to my door and on my bike with a matter of hours. And at a very fair price, too. Just the job for most likely all I will ever need. As I said at the time: 'this could be the start of a long and beautiful friendship'. Top stuff. Ta very much.

Purchased a tie-down hook to safely transport a new bike, and very pleased with its quality. Also fantastic customer service confirming dispatch and delivery in time for the planned bike’s collection day. Many thanks to Rob and the team at R&G!

Ordered various parts from this firm on the 19/05/25. Order came about a week later. One item was missing, but the email from the company said the total order had been delivered. Sent a number of emails explaining this to the company & no reply. I rang the company a few days later & after a bit of discussion they held their hands up that the item hadn't been sent. The guy I talked to assured me it would be sent that day & with me in a few days. I'm still waiting for the item !
Stay well clear of this company there customer aftercare is terrible.

I returned from a short ride to discover I'd lost one of my headlight protectors. An email to R & G customer services and they agreed to send me a replacement set free of charge with no arguement or hassle what so ever. Absolutely superb afer sales service. Can't thank you enough.

I can't express how amazing the service is at R&G!! Had a nasty off while racing and damaged my rear set :(
But I contacted the team at R&G and even though the parts were discontinued. They went above and beyond to find me some spares!
Rob Harris the sales manager is fantastic and has resolved my issues so I can get back to racing 👌

Just spoken to Scott at R&G as I scraped my bobbin rather than sell me complete kits advised I could get the replacement parts that had been damaged with next day delivery can’t thank him enough an absolute diamond and shows what a great company they are best regards Steve

When I inquired about lead time for case covers for my 2009 ZX-6R, which were not listed as "in stock", I got a quick and helpful response, and received my order within a little more than a week. While I hope I never have to personally test these case covers (by crashing), my first impression is they seem sturdy and well built, and I have seen them save more than a few engine cases from serious damage at the track. Overall, great customer service, good product, good prices. You won't get buyers remorse doing business with R&G.

Should have read reviews before placing an order; all items ordered "in stock" yet a month gone by and still no sign of the order
I get a response of "Your order will be leaving us today as we have had a delivery in and we can now ship your whole order." a month too late as I've already re-purchased

I have several R&G products on my 2019 CB650R such as frame sliders, bar ends and radiator protector and heated hand grips. All are well made and look great! Most recently I noticed that my heated hand grips had worn down as all of them will do over time, I reached out to R&G Support. Scott Thompson reached back out to me directly by email, asked for some details and sent the replacements at no charge. It is truly rare to get service like this and I greatly appreciate it. I will definitely give them more of my business in the future! Great job to the R&G Racing Team and Scott!

I recently received a tail tidy from R&G for my 2024 Duke 390 and LOVE the look of it. It completes the bike very well and is well made. Only issue (if you could call it that) is that there is a small gap where water/dirt could potentially get into the bike where the tail piece attaches. I reached out to customer support and immediately heard back from them and they said they would mail me a seal I could place in there for a tighter fit. Overall I am very happy with the product and customer support.

Great Service from Scott Thompson and the team. Needed a replacement aero crash package for a 3 year old bike. They were able to sort me out quickly and efficiently. This kind of service is rare to find these days

I have been a customer of R&G for a while, purchasing various products for my motorcycle. While their items are generally high quality, I recently needed a replacement bolt for crash protectors, and the response was swift, with the needed part sent quickly. Scott Thompson was particularly helpful during my dealings with the company. Despite these positive aspects, I did face a minor issue when a clip on a product was not properly attached. However, they resolved it efficiently by sending a replacement. Overall, R&G offers decent service, but there's room for improvement.

Totally delighted with the service! I needed a part dispatched to a friend who will then bring it to me, but it was right on the cusp of the delivery date advised. I sent an email explaining the situation and the part has been dispatched urgently! Many thanks guys

Really really good stuff, ordered a tail tidy, indicators, resistors and a relay and fair play it fit perfectly and has that premium quality feel and the leds in the indicators are amazing
I’ve purchased multiple R&G products over the years for my Z900, as they’re always top quality and look the part. My reason for this review is that I needed a replacement bolt for the R&G crash protectors that I purchased last year. I sent them an email, and within 1 hour they replied and confirmed that a replacement bolt is on the way to me.
