Have purchased several R&G products over the years and always very pleased with the items. On this occasion I tried to source a R&G part for my bike but could not fine it. I contacted R&G via their Web page asking if they stock the item. I had a reply within minutes with the details I required. Once again R&G came up trumps and I am most grateful for their help.

I purchased a set of frame protectors for my 2001 FJR1300, and they are exactly what I wanted. The quality of the protectors is exceptional, and the fitting instructions and after sales support for general product questions is great. They were sent to Australia and the postage time was very minimal and they arrived in less than a week. Great care was taken with the packaging and they arrived in perfect condition. If you are looking for protectors for your bike and want quality at a great price, I highly recommend R & G.

I am a customer in the United States and I was trying to replace a frame slider on a 17 year old Kawasaki. The R&G frame slider did its job wonderfully and the only reason it needs replacement is simply for cosmetics. I got in contact with the home office in England, via the net, and they were wonderfully responsive even though I had numerous questions! They arranged for me up to purchase the product, which is still in stock (and I find that amazing too!), with a transaction on my PayPal account. When I first attempted this I thought it would be fruitless and I am more than thrilled to find out that I can still get the part and do business with a company that is so cooperat!! Thank you very much R&G!

I needed a new set for of bolts for my frame slider and R&G were more than helpful and kind. They responded to my email immediately and were very tentative. They also have a wide variety of inventory available for a lot of different Brands, Models & years. I will definitely be checking them out more later for future upgrades.

Good customer service, replied to my emails straight away. Sold me parts I could not find online and when I found parts online the sellers wanted to see entire sets etc, while in R and G I could buy bits and pieces. Made my life easier. Highly recommend R&G.
