Rgothic Avis 

I've been waiting almost two months for my order company refuses to refund it because it's already shipped however it hasn't moved from its shipping in almost a month.
I get that it's coming from overseas however I order a lot of things from overseas and never have had this issue or this bad of customer service help.

Update - after two months they claim I am being refunded......

My partner bought several items (for me for the Holidays) on Dec 1 for 97$ and placed another order November 25 for 40$. Nothing has been shipped and zero updates. Won't be ordering from here again nor will I recommend this company.

I ordered my clothes on Black friday. They have my money and still have not shipped anything and it is December 11th, I just put in an order for a refund.
