Order the hat from this company…

Ordered a hat from this company rhoback. I understand USPS either loses a package or takes a long time I'll accept that. I contacted customer service at least 10 times through email. I get a automated generated AI assistant reply. The reply sounds cool and hip but answers nothing. If you call the number their voicemail is full. What kind of actual business has a voicemail that's full? They never once got back to me with anything it's been 12 days since I've ordered a hat. I will never get it .now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money. Like I said I understand packages get lost I do not understand why customer service after multiple multiple days multiple tries multiple efforts won't even acknowledge a phone call and email or anything. Really terrible customer service

I could've walked to China to get it faster

Might be great clothing (I'll never know), but the shipment took 36 days to "arrive". Starting in China and evidently shipped on foot, the "tracking" said it was delivered to my address; however, it was not, and they refused to disclose the carrier. The AI chat bot is the only response I can get. Absolutely horrible experience and could not be more disappointed. I requested a refund, but the chatbot seems uninterested in that. Awful, awful, awful. Time to start flooding their social media with the comments.

Placed an order for 3 shirts on August…

Placed an order for 3 shirts on August 27th for $309 and still has not shipped. Customer service is an AI bot. I’ve requested 4 times to speak to a person. Honestly, I’m really disappointed because I have friends and coworkers that have these shirts and I love them. However, this customer service is the worst that I’ve seen in a very long time so I will not be a customer.

I placed a large order on Saturday

I placed a large order on Saturday, August 31st. I've been contacting the company via email to confirm shipment details and they responded to every third email with an AI bot. It's now September 6th and DHL still doesn't have the package for shipping. No phone number to speak to a human. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company due to lack of response.

Products Falling Apart 2 washes

Have been purchasing shirts for my husband for 4 years. Decided to try the Sydney skirt for muself this summer bought 3. The skirt initially won me over with its flattering fit and great for summer look. I loved how it looked right out of the package – the cute feminine skirt style, and frilly design all made it feel effortlessly chic and put-together. It’s a great skirt for dressing up or down, and I received several compliments when I first wore it.

Unfortunately, after just two washes, the skirts started to show significant pilling, which was really disappointing. The fabric doesn’t look nearly as fresh or polished anymore, and I feel like it’s lost that “new” look much faster than expected. It’s still wearable, but it’s not the kind of piece I’ll reach for when I want to look polished or put-together. I’ll probably get a couple more uses out of it, but it definitely didn’t hold up as well as I’d hoped. I reached out to their CS team sent photos and they really just dismissed me and asked me “what happened to these to cause that” I was like okay wow now your just gaslighting me. After the experience I decided they lost our business. Too many other better alternatives out there, especially being one the more expensive options on the market.

Very poor customer service.

I think the fit and quality of the shirts are fine. I'm not sure how they will last.
My issue is with their Customer Support or lack of. It is terrible. If you have an issue all you will get is automated responses even if you take the time to clearly explain things. Also, they regularly sell as new, shirts that have been returned, even using the same plastic torn or cut bag.
Also, if you bought a shirt on sale and need to exchange it, but the shirt is no longer on sale, they will charge you the full price to exchange it. Happened to me.

Quality is poor

Quality is poor, especially when you consider the price. They also suppress unfavorable reviews. Customer service is not good.

Worst Customer Support

I ordered a shirt on June 18th. I received an email saying that it shipped on June 19th. I found out yesterday that it was not shipped. Today is June 24th and it still hasn't been shipped.

Okay, there are options, right? Guess what, they don't have a phone number to communicate with them. They use email or AI responses that are useless.

I have requested a full refund including shipping. If it isn't issued today, I will dispute the charge.

Polos stain and color fades

I have 3 or 4 of the polos, the solid color ones are fine, don't wear them a ton, but the look and feel are decent. Any of the ones that have a pattern seem to stain in the under arm area, and when you ask them about it, was told to wash it inside out on cold, which I have done, and if that didn't fix the issue it wasn't their fault. There are way too many other brands I can spend $100+ dollars on a shirt and have it not last a year.

Received a shirt for Father’s Day last…

Received a shirt for Father’s Day last year and I have worn it approx 10-12 times over that time period. Noticed that it was slightly pink under the arms, which I have never seen with any other high end golf, casual or dress shirt. Called and they said we could have a 20% discount. Said something on my end must have caused it. Will never buy again.

Overall decent quality but watch out for 20% off, no free shipping if so.

I like the overall quality of the shirts, especially the collar doesn't "flop" over time. After wearing for a year, the shirts seem to expand and no longer have the "new feel". The reason for my 3 star review is when Rhoback offers 20% off, they turn around and charge you for shipping. I have a collection of 10 Rhoback shirts and just be prepared that if you wear them like I do (once every 10-15 days) they will lose their form, so to speak, after about a year. Then it would be time to buy another $96 shirt. I won't be purchasing more any time soon. The shadyness of their "deals" leaves me an unhappy customer.

Poor quality and customer service

Poor quality and customer service. To be fully transparent, I do like the look and feel of their polos, but for almost $100 per polo, the quality is not good and Rhoback does not stand behind their product - seems to be a common theme based on other reviews that Rhoback blames the consumer.

Also be careful of the ratings because I wrote four different reviews for four different polos and they suppressed two of them because they were critical reviews.

Update - they have now suppressed 4 reviews for 4 different items.

Item did not last 2 wears

Item did not last 2 wears. Offered a 20% refund or 20% off another item. Over $30 per wear is ridiculous. I should be able to pick up my newborn in a shirt this expensive without it being ruined.

Rhoback return policy is horrible

Rhoback return policy is horrible. Received a defective item and customer service(Adam) would not let me exchange it for the exact same item despite being brand new, because it was a gift. I even offered to pay shipping. You would hope customer service would at least be decent for a $100 polo, but sadly it's not. Moving on to a more customer friendly brand.

Get a phone!

I think it’s absurd to charge the prices they do, and then not have any type of phone number to reach them. I refuse to do business over email. Their customer service is terrible and they are extremely slow. I’ve been waiting weeks for an exchange. I refuse to spend another cent with them. There are better clothing companies out there.

Was given a gift but wrong size

Was given a gift but wrong size. Reached out to customer support. They instructed to return for an exchange, but after I shipped it they didn’t send the exchange and won’t help resolve it. Terrible customer service.

Returned an item on December 28

Returned an item on December 28, Rhoback shows receiving it January 14(even though I know it was sooner) It is now January 26 and I still have not received my credit. Good product, lousy Customer Service.
