Very disappointed
I did 2 separate orders over 2 separate days as one item I wanted at the 1st order wasn’t available. A few days later I got an email stating it was now available. I received the 2nd order approx a week ago with no site of the 1st order being delivered. I have queried the 1st order with customer services twice and they state tonight it was delivered with a pic of the 2nd order delivered no surprise the 1st order is the one I spent the most money on which is nowhere to be seen. Why ask for an order no if you look at the wrong order. Really disappointed and frustrated as I ordered make up for a holiday of a lifetime at the weekend I won’t have this make up for. This may not be important to you but I’ve just had a really serious eye operation, I feel ugly and my confidence is rock bottom, was hoping make up would increase my confidence on holiday but looks like that’s not to be.
