It was very easy to renew online. With some companies I cannot do it as questions are ambiguous but with rias they were clear and helpful.

I needed to find cheaper Motor Insurance than S*** offered me. They wanted over £300 MORE than I paid last year and I have been with that company over 25 years; furthernore my annual milage has been considerably reduced to only 1595 in a year; and my wife is no longer driving. The quote that I obtained from RIAS was less that I paid for my insurance last year!

I have been insured with RIAS for the past two years and have been very happy with the service I received. I have found the service professional, helpful and straightforward throughout my time with them.

Unfortunately, this year I have decided not to renew my policy because the renewal premium offered was considerably higher than quotes from other providers. I contacted RIAS by phone to discuss the increase and see whether they could offer a more competitive premium, but unfortunately they were unable to reduce the price.

As a result, I had no choice but to look elsewhere and decide not to renew my policy. This is disappointing, as I have had a positive experience with RIAS over the past two years.

I would like to thank RIAS for their service and support during my time with them. I would certainly consider returning in the future if their premiums become more competitive.

The cheapest of car insurance on all the compare websites and you don't have to have break down which comes with most policies so paying for a service I wouldn't use

Had been with my previous car insurance company LV for a number of years but was not happy with the renewal price quoted so shopped around. RIAS came up with a much cheaper quote, had good Defaqto rating and more included in the policy so decided to switch. The sign up process was straightforward and the website is easy to use. So far so good.

Set up a web site which is easier to use.

A change was made online for a swapping a personalised number plate. Telephoned and advised a change of vehicle was upcoming and asked for a quote to insure for one year from date of change. Was told this was not possible as my previous change had been made on - line!!
