Great product with easy to follow instructions
The ribbon checkup kit I got was easy to use and provided almost instant results back immediately. I continue to monitor my kidney and liver function health and I’m gaining a broader understanding of what things affect the function of those two organs! They also provide professional help for any questions that may come up about your results.

Excellent telehealth support.
I ordered the Ribbon test kit due to lingering signs of a UTI. The test confirmed my suspicions. It was difficult to get an appointment with my primary care physician so I used the telehealth option. Had a nice video chat with the MD who actually decided to change the standard medication due to my symptoms. Had my meds 2 hours later.

I had recently had my doctor do a urine…
I had recently had my doctor do a urine analysis and I was curious to see how it measured with ribbon. When I received the kit, I was impressed with how well it was documented for instructions and how easy it was to test. And it is extremely accurate. Now I can test it on a monthly basis and feel confident of the results.

I think this product is terrific
I think this product is terrific. It's easy to use and provides clear results. If the company made its subscription policy more clear they wouldn't get any bad reviews. If they made that simple change, I am sure they would get all five star reviews.

There was no notice that this was a subscription. After I found out about the subscription, I cancerlled on their website and they continue to try to take the monthly amount. Complete Fraud!

The app provided very detailed video…
The app provided very detailed video information about how to perform the test. However, I did have issues on the first two tests that I did. This was quickly resolved in a text chat with customer service. Most importantly, the test results were comprehensive, and I plan to use this test on a weekly basis for tracking my UTI status (I am immune compromised and must deal with infections quickly)

Horrible business practices
Horrible business practices! Subscription charges should be black and white in plain sight. So, you're telling me if i purchased an 18 month plan, I'd paying an extra $360 just to use my strips? There are so many more wrongs with this online business... I'll just leave it at this, though I'm bothered. You are a RIPOFF! Don't hide anything, mention everything upfront, especially when it involves money! This business is a pure joke.

I love the Ribbon Medical testing kit
I love the Ribbon Medical testing kit. I find it has useful information bqsed on my medical condition.
Once you learn the process of how to take the test (which is easy) Its easy to keep taking tests. I like to take it once a month. But in truth it lacks one important thing I wish it had. Thats why a 4 rating rather than a 5. I wish it tested for micro albumin. Then it would be to me a complete test. And what I like best is that the Ribbon company want to make their test kit better and that why they want these honest reviews.

Ditto about the re-occuring fee. Then I got ghosted from customer support when I challenged them to show me in the Terms and conditions.
Even in your response it says the fee is not clear, show me where in these terms and conditions does it show I will be charged 19.99. It doesn't,

Just got charged a $19.99 recurring monthly fee for apparent access to their website to read the test results. I NEVER read anything about these charges at checkout and I’m extremely disappointed in these hidden charges that make this company seem like a scam. :(

Very shady $20/month hidden subscription!!!
The test results were alright I guess. Got a bit of insight on some of my health markers but the reason I am giving the service a 1 star is that there is a $20/month subscription that was not disclosed at the time of purchase and if it was it was very fine print. Even the Google AI says that all results, support chat, and use of the app are free. Seems kind of shady to hide this information and just start charging you $20/month.
Overall, I don't need my health apps trying to scam me out of money. Will be cancelling after the first month is up.

Ribbon Check Kit- Easy To Use
I ordered the Ribbon Check kit with the idea of being able to see where my health stood in-between my yearly physical and blood draws. The test is simple to use. The instructions flawless. And the best is the results are on your phone quickly. I had a blood draw this week and the results from Ribbon aligned with my blood test results. Can’t give a better recommendation.

Having done a traditional medical test, I was able to compare result, very accurate. factor in that I was able to perform this at home and save both time and money it is a total Win/Win. Great customer service from Patrick. I’ve only used the test once but I think it’s a good service. It was easy to downgrade to the $4.99 month plan which includes 4 scans per month. The test gives me peace of mind while being proactive with my health.

20 subscription fee! Unadvertised!
I was charged 64.00 for 36 tests, a good price. This month I was charged an unwanted, and not asked for 19.99 fee after being told when I bought the package that there was no subscription fee.

Urinalysis test results
The ribbon test box came in quickly. The instructions were easy to follow and it provided me peace of mind to know that my urinalysis came indicating all is well and healthy for someone 70 years old.
A great way to start the year without having to see a doctor for a urinalysis.
