You get charged for a membership before you even receive your product. Plus you are unable to get results unless you carry a membership. Scam. RUN don't want. Oh yeah money back guarantee you pay for shipping. No phone # available to call. Bad business

Both times I have tried to use this test. The time has run short and kicks me out to start all over again, which is ridiculous. It’s just that it it’s just not user-friendly and it’s very very frustrating especially first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this test anyone

Outstanding Customer Service…
Although I haven't used the product yet, I can attest to their "outstanding" customer service! The personal attention to my question/concern was immediatley responsed to and resolved by Allana from their customer service team. Not only was she responsive but even followed up to insure my issue was completly resolved to my satisfaction. Best on-line experience I have ever had!

The results were Dr verified.
The results from the kit were easy to obtain. The results matched the doctor office visit lab results. This told me the accuracy of the ribbon kit.

Easy to use, clear results
The kit was extremely easy to follow and the results are very clear. The online tools captures results over time which gives me confidence that I am staying on top of critical health outcomes. The AI chat bot was less useful as it didn’t interpret my results accurately so don’t have confidence to use it. However, the results are so easy to understand that I’m not sure I need it at all.

Compassionate and caring company
After ordering the ribbon test strips, I had an issue. After emailing Michelle and the management she took care of the issue and made me 100% happy ,now I’m going to start testing my urine and monitoring my health. I just want to thank them again for all their help.

If you read reviews of complaints, ask those people if they tried to communicate with Ribbon. I suspect very few have sent email with their issues. I am here to say, I have communicated with Ribbon a couple times and each time issues are resolved, meeting my satisfaction. My physician asked why I do this test, my answer is simple. I have Kidney issues. I have had Kidney stones in the past. If I get back pain I can check and see if it's something I need to provide results to my doctor(s) or if I should go to the Chiropractor. In most cases, it can take weeks to see a specialist. Why wait to have this test taken, provide your doctor with the results.

Update:
Ribbon reached out to me and refunded the $19.99 I was charged. So, I am impressed with their customer service. I haven't tried a test strip yet, so I will update my review after I do so.
Bought the test kit before Christmas. Took a long time to receive the package. A couple weeks after Christmas I got charged $19.99. I contacted them to ask what the charge was. They answered there's a $19.99/month subscription fee. That was the first I'd heard of a subscription. Don't think they're going to return my money.
Michelle, I did reach out and asked to have the $19.99 charge refunded. Didn't hear back after that. The subscription fee is not obvious anywhere on the order form. Very sneaky.
Received an email offering a refund. Will see if it happens. Will update my review if it does.

The test itself seems valid the monthly charge atrocious and undisclosed when purchasing - stay away and get the straight goods from your health provider - If you do not have insurance it may provide comfort if all is well but a next step to resolve your issue it does not easily come to hand.
