I appreciate the professional packaging and sterile items, and found the test very easy to use, meriting a 4-star rating.
However, I am still waiting to compare the test strip results with official lab tests to fully confirm their accuracy. Note: you do have to pay a fee monthly for the test strips to be read/stored.

Detected an infection
This quick test is awesome. I tested when feeling fine and all parameters were normal. Then a few weeks later, I came down with a sinus infection and tested to see if it would detect it and sure enough. The results stated I was fighting an infection. I’m impressed.

Beware of required subscription!
The subscription price is fairly well hidden (gray print, following the word FREE!). It's not clear in their ad that the test strips that you purchased are worthless without paying a recurring charge of $19.99 per month. Bummer!
After reading the reply from RibbonCheckup, I have gone back and reviewed their order page. Although it does state, in small gray print, that there will be a recurring charge to use their app for "results interpretation, ongoing tracking, and secure storage... including unlimited telehealth consultations", it is not clear that if you don't want to pay for those services, you will not will be able to see any basic results from the tests that you bought.
I don't need "results interpretation", etc. However, I do expect to see basic results from the test strips that I purchased, without further charges.

I am glad to report that, as a result of this review, the RibbonCheckup people have reached out and provided a satisfactory resolution. I have suggested that they revise their order process to avoid possible negative reviews in the future. By the way, the tests do work and they provide useful results

Testing was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. When the kit arrived, the instructions were very clear. I completed the test, which is easy and with the timer included on the app, it was really easy to know when to snap a picture and submit it. The results came back within minutes and were very reader friendly, easy to see the normal and high ranges.
I think this kit is a pivotal way to help monitor your own health. Obviously, if something comes back as high or low, contacting your doctor is imperative, though there are suggestions as to why it might be high or low.
I’m definitely happy to have purchased this!

Very close to actual Lab results
One month after my surgery I was diagnosed to have a UTI and was put on medication. This month I felt i had another UTI so I did the test and it confirmed that I did. Instead of having to make another Dr. appointment I was only required to submit a urine sample. They called me back and told me that I did have a UTI. I am on medication again and once this is completed I will test again.

Unacceptable business practices
I ordered the test kit and the subscription fee was never mentioned during the process so I immediately canceled when I read about the issues on TrustPilot.
My cancellation preceded receipt of the product. On Jan 4 tried to convince me to continue but I declined so Anne gave me info to return the product. USPS has confirmed delivery of the product to the company. Anne informed me that the return takes 4-6 weeks to process. Unacceptable. My next step will be to notify Instagram and to dispute the charge with my credit card company citing the shady sales practice and delayed refund. It appears they just want to wear you down!
Update; Not only have I not received a refund after 30 days, this company had the audacity to charge me another $19.99 through PayPal . I am disputing both charges on my credit card. Refunded immediately

Great & smart purchase
This was a good and smart purchase. I like that I can see if there may be any medical concerns that require attention. The testing was very simple to do. Instructions provided are easy to understand. Company took two weeks to ship the product out. And then it took another week to arrive.
Company has 30 day moneyback guarantee.
Contacted them about returning the product for refund after a week of trying out test kit.
Company stated money back guarantee is from date of purchase. And i am past 30 days.
Absolute scam of a company. watch out for the $19.99 a month hidden monthly fee that they don't tell you about till you see it on your bank statement.
Refused refund. Refused return. Refused any sort of help. Avoid buying anything from them

DO NOT DO THIS! Purchasing the strips is one thing, but they purposely hide the fact that you have to pay $20 a month to use the app to check the strips. You’re locked into a subscription they aren’t good about disclosing. And if you cancel, they tell you to throw your $80 kit away because it’s useless now and can’t be reactivated.

They charge your credit card afterwards per month.And there's nowhere to cancel.And nobody to call
Don't order anything from this place. I paid for the test box and every month after i'm getting a nineteen ninety nine dollar charge.That I absolutely cannot get anybody to answer me in support And I have no subscription and there's no phone number. I finally just canceled my credit card.Which came with its own set of problems just don't buy this.
