This was my first Ribbon Home transaction. It did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, and there was lots of confusion along the way as to what was due and when. We made it to the closing table in time though, and my buyers are in the process of purchasing the home back from Ribbon now.

The process was very easy and communication with ribbon was always prompt. They made it great for me and my clients!

It was a great situation, when a customer was not able to buy their dream home before selling their current home. While the concept is great, and it literally saved my deal at the very last minute.
