Edit on June 29th: As of June 23rd, I was notified there was a delivery failure. I have not received help since except for how to properly write my email subject line. I don't know if this product is out of order but when I made my order, it was in stock and my payment was received. No one has gotten back to me since. Can I just have a refund?

I am very much disappointed
I made a order from Sunday it say the order didn't go through but my card was charged. The bank also confirmed and no order number. This is unacceptable,secondly you guys need to update your phone number and work on your communication it can't be customers are trying to reach out to you guys and no one is communicating anything yet still you guys are posting every day I just need my refund and I'll.choose to try find another skin.care because you guys are not serious about business. You don't even have a number that works crazy

glad I was able to come here and change my review…this company is horrible, no communication. Placed my order on June 3rd and haven’t received any updates. Their phone number is not in service and their email system is on auto reply and they have not responded to a lot of people I see. Spending $75 and not receiving an update is insane. I will be reporting them. Not okay.

I ordered on the 23rd of March and made another order again for a friend on the 10th of May ….. Haven’t received anything except fake tracking fedex numbers…. Sending emails that product is shipped that’s UNACCEPTABLE and I’d like a refund!!

I ordered March 27th and left a good review for this brand. I was so excited to start my rich & clear journey but I’m so saddened to say I never received my order. I tried emailing and messaging on instagram and no response. FedEx just shows label been created but not shipped for days. I keep seeing reviews of others experiencing the same. I hope I can get the products I ordered or at least my money back.

I literally just ordered. I will update this with a real review. I am looking forward to seeing results and if this goes well, I’ll be using that discount for more/gifting real soon.

I struggle a lot with my eczema and I really wanted to find a product that would help with that. I’m hoping that this product can improve my skins health.

The site is easy to navigate and also informative, my Daughter raves about the African net sponge, and the Black soap. I will be getting a net sponge soon. I prefer natural products anyway. Thank you..
