Richardsons Cycles Avis 

Had a bad experience from St Ives branch,
Around 07-5-2022 to 10-05-2022 I had taken my bike to check whether the tires have become punctured since I had not used the bike for some time and the air was not seeming to be getting filled. The St Ives branch charged me 30 pounds to replace the tubes.
I had another puncture on the back tire or so on 21-07-2022 , When I went to the same shop they said they have replaced the tires since it had a puncture and there was no way that the tubes that were already in the bike were from their shop (He said it was because of the brand used and the fitting cap was not transparent )and charged me 15 again. So they have charged me 30 for just filling the air and lied to me about fitting new tubes for both my tires as per what the employee said

Just bought a forme curbar ebike from Corby store - Superb service from start to finish. Craig was brilliant and so helpful - giving advice, helping with the Cycle2work certificate transfer and making sure the bike was set up perfectly for me. My parents bought me my first decent bike from Richardsons in St Ives when I was 13 and they are genuinely one of those great and unfortunately rare independent shops who still put service first.

Just came down from Scotland with my bikes and had my tow rack damaged when a car reversed into me.
Saw that Richardson cycles had one in stock at Kings lynn. Thankfully I phoned to discover it was in a central warehouse.
So I advise anyone to phone ahead and maybe the company could state this on their website to avoid any unnecessary trips.
BTW Stephan at the King's Lynn shop could not have been more helpful, great customer service 5 stars to you.

Recently visited the Huntingdon branch to get a bike repaired. Greeted by Ady who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the bike within the day… this is why I always try and shop ‘local’ where possible. Thank you!

I bought my new Forme E-Bike through Richardsons Cycles at a great price and I have to say, at every stage the service was absolutely excellent. After sales as well, an issue developed with my new bike (through no fault of RC) and they helped rectify the problem and send our required replacements. Customer Service was above and beyond expectations and is rare to find these days at such a standard. Thank you to the whole team.

I viewed some bikes in halfords - the customer service was awful and their knowledge not so great either. I was recommended to try Richardson Cycles in Huntingdon. I was assured by Ady, and what can I say other than, ill never recommend anyone goes back to halfords. Ady was very friendly, he showed great insight into the bikes that were for sale and went above and beyond to find me a bike to suit my needs. As for the prices, not much difference between halford and Richardson cycles and to be fair, the quality of the bikes at Richardson cycles excels anything at Halfords.
I'd recommend Richardson cycles and Ady to anyone looking for their perfect bike because he knows what he is talking about and puts 100% effort into each customer.

I spoke to Carrol and she gave me some fantastic and frank advice on bikes and delivery dates that I did not receive from anywhere else. She was extremely helpful in letting me know what the perfect size would be for my child and she suggested some great quality cost-effective bikes. I would recommend Richardsons for a fully professional service that excels in helpful and friendly advice. Thank you for all your help

What a superb service and shop, needed a bike for my son starting secondary school, fantastic advice, price and availability. A local shop selling quality bikes.

Had a long standing issue with my gear changes that other local shops hadn’t sorted. Simon saw the problem, fixed it, and I haven’t looked back since. Great service & good value. Would strongly recommend him.

My first time using this company. Ordered a new tyre which was very competitively priced. Dispatched later the same morning, and arrived by (free) courier the following day! Will definitely use them again
