IN MY OPINION AND WITH MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, IF YOU'D LIKE, THAN TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, "YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE". I FEEL THEY WILL MANIPULATE YOU, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AS THEY DID WITH ME. THEY IGNORED ME FOR DAYS AND AS THEY DID WITH ME, LOW BALL YOU ON YOUR TRADE. THEY GAVE ME A DEAL IN WRITING AND AFTER THINKING ABOUT IT, I WAS GOING TO ACCEPT IT. BUT THEY FINALLY CALLED AND TRIED TO BACK OUT OF THE DEAL THEY SENT ME IN WRITING. THEY THOUGHT THEY'D TRY ONE LAST TIME TO TO GET MY TRADE FOR EVEN LESS THAN THEY AGREED TO IN WRITING. THEY BACKED OUT OF IT BY USING TOTAL UNIMAGINABLE BS. LIES AND MANIPULATION AND THEY DID ALL OF THIS IN E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS. IN ONE LAST DITCH EFFORT, THEY THOUGHT I'D COME AROUND TO THIS PSYCHOLOGICAL FORM OF SALES. THEY IGNORED MY E-MAILS FOR DAYS ON END. THINKING THAT WOULD ADD TO THE PRESSURE AND I'D BEND. THIS IS ALL IN MY OPINION.

Looking for a new car - DON’T GO HERE
Looking for a new car? STAY FAR AWAY from Rick Case Hyundai in Davie (Weston). I wish there was a way to rate ZERO stars. I have an active lease with them for a 2021 Hyundai Elantra limited. The AC has had a problem since I got it. The car is a lemon and has now had 4 repair attempts. Rick Case has now had my car in service since AUGUST 28th. Not once has anyone called me with any updates. I have called and emailed at least 10 different people at the dealership. NO RESPONSE. Wrote to corporate NO RESPONSE. I finally spoke to a human 3 weeks ago and she told me to come in and they would definitely resolve this. I spent 4 hours at the dealership and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I got passed off from person to person. The only thing they were offering me was a new lease several hundred dollars more than I’m paying now. I left in tears. Two days later I got a text saying, “Great news! Your car will be ready on Wednesday.” LIE. Now I have the manufacturer involved and I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I have now made 2 months of car payments for a car I don’t have. UNBELIEVABLE. If you’re looking for a car, go ANYWHERE else.

A LOT of questions and they always answer with a smile, no matter what!! I never ever feel rushed. I also want to add that I am never forced or pressured to do any service on my vehicle, I’m given the information and it’s my decision. I ask questions to get informed and suggestions are made because I ask for them, but ultimately the decision is mine. That’s very important. My advisors are not about the sale. Great customer service is their priority. We’ve been customers for years and we don’t plan on going anywhere else. I’m sure without a doubt these two women keep Express in check!! i have to get my 2022 Santa Cruz serviced due to a constant warning that keeps popping up every 2 to 3 seconds and it's very annoying, i called the dealership because you have to make an appointment to have your vehicle looked at, witch i'm fine with that, the problem is that the earliest appointment they have availiable is two months down the line, i have to put up with the problem for two months before the dealership can look at the problem. this is very disturbing and very annoying, can't believe a dealership of this magnitude can't service vehicles withing one to two weeks. this may be the first and only Hyundai i will ever purchase.
DO NOT BUY From Rick Case- Horrible After the Sale!
DO NOT BUY from or visit this dealership! I have dealt with Rick Case in the past and had no issues when I purchased a vehicle at Rick Case Maserati. DO NOT buy a vehicle from Rick Case Hyundai Plantation. The vehicle I purchased was a 2023 Ioniq 5. I had it less than two weeks and had to bring it back to the dealer because of a major issue with the battery that almost got us run off the road /hit from the rear when the car lost all power. The dealer swapped me out cars but made me pay an additional. $1000.00 which I felt was petty and completely dishonest. Went ahead and paid it as I did not want to go through months of filing a Lemmon Law claim. On top of it all with the exchange vehicle, I only received one key and for the past month have been trying to acquire the second key. Excuse after excuse from the dealership. Stay Away- horrible service after the purchase!

Went to replace used cars found a car I liked and would bring my son back tomorrow and the manager offered to hold at me with no money. I got a call the next day saying they sold it buyer beware do not buy a car from Rick Case as they are deceptive and liars. They are rude, inconsiderate, and can’t be trusted, I hope Rita, Ryan, and their daughter are reading. This I repeat, do not buy a car from Rick case. even by Roy and Management. They forgot to do my #1 request
The reason I went to service my car was because the key chain battery was super low and oil change. After almost 3 hours for an oil change I leave, they reset the notification that the battery was low and they never changed the battery in my key chain!!!! Now have a 4 hour road trip for work and I have no time to go back. I dont understand why would they missed that?

Anderson Asprilla @ Rick Case very dishonest. Charged me additional $35 for diagnosis test after quoting $200 because I refused to pay $1200 for a Starter for my 2012 Honda Civic. This Service Department is inconsistent with pricing & diagnostics of vehicles. Every time I go there I get a different diagnosis for the same problem depending on which service advisor is there. Because of my own going problems, there I requested to speak to the service manager, Mr. Warshefski; however I always get some Assistant Manager, very in compassionate & unprofessional to customers. I have never asked for any special favoritism only to be fair and consistent with prices but unfortunately, several of the service representatives want a minimal amount of money for every customer that enters this facility, and they are taking advantage of seniors and vulnerable females, who just want to service and maintain, the upkeep of our vehicles.
I was told by the assistant service manager and Mr. Anderson Asprilla that I would have to pay $200 for a diagnostics test and if I paid for the service that amount would be way because I refuse to pay that absurd amount for a allegedly needed starter motor, he insisted I pay $235 for diagnostics & parts, labor which did not apply considering I did not receive any parts and labor was the diagnostic for $200 which was quoted by the manager and the service technician. He was rude and disrespectful in front of many other customers when I question why I should pay more than the $200 that I agreed! The more I go there the worst the service is. Last year I went there to check my battery and they told me it needed to be replaced and tested bad when they quoted me the outrageous price. I went home and called AAA to replace my battery, and when they arrived at my residence they told me I do not need a battery. It was exactly 12 months later before I needed a battery replacement which I did receive from Rick Case Honda on December 14, 2022 today on February 15, 2023. I called them explain that my battery is acting up and the car is starting intermittent they told me to bring it in And clean the battery tested good but they would have to charge me $200 to diagnose the problem which turned out to be the $1200 starter and since I was not at liberty to do that they decided the $200 diagnosis would be $235 which I insist it was unfair but was treated unfairly and humiliated! I understand the prices have increased with everything, but the unnecessarily, strong arm & demand for unnecessary services is embarrassing at this facility!

Scam and liars
I bough my first totally new car through Rick Case because of their claims of warranty and customer care. The electric systems fail, the knock sensor has been replaced twice, the paint failed and the car is exhibiting signs of engine failure. They never cover anything, they try and charge a diagnosis fee and then can’t diagnose the problem, they won’t submit things to Hyundai usa. They do not stand behind their product, they treat customers like crap. It takes over 2 weeks to get checked Inand then they keep your car for days before a mechanic see it. The reps are confused constantly- I had one person tell me there was no oil in the car( it was full) another tell me a diagnosis was going to be over $800, while the next person said it was $200 the same service. They are a SCAM. Don’t buy a car from them, you will be very sorry!

Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind.
We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )
