Not a person to leave reviews but this company does deserve one i ordered my daughter a scooter for her birthday it ended up going out of stock but he tried his best to try and get me it unfortunately he couldn’t and refunded me straight away but he was very reassuring and helpful

Quick response (like a call within a few minutes) to tell me the colour I had ordered was out of stock. I agreed to take the alternate colour and the delvery came next day. Great service - great price, I would defintley use Ride LEV again.

I was attracted by the sale price of a Burro trailer. Delivery was so prompt (less than 24 hours) that I was out the first time! Sadly, the info about the trailer was limited; not just on Ride LEV website but anywhere on the internet. I had contacted the maker (ETC) by email and assured the trailer attached to the chainstay. When I assembled it and found it hitched to seatpost I had a rant. Ride LEV customer service was brilliant, even though itt was not their fault. Then I found the handle had cracked in transit. Again, not their fault but Ride LEV apologised and said I could try it out to see if I wanted a replacement or return and refund. Replacement was also prompt, as was the response to every email I sent. I'd feel very safe doing business with this company in the future!

After receiving an unfortunately faulty scooter, Ride LEV (not their fault) responded within 12 hours and dispatched a new one which arrived 48 hours later. They also gave me guidance on how to return the faulty unit to the manufacturer free of charge. Excellent customer service all round. Understanding, responsive and friendly. Many thanks.

Fantastic service and support from start to finish! I decided I wanted to change the colour of my shoes I ordered, right before they were due to be dispatched.. Chris rang very shortly after I made my request online, to confirm what I wanted to change, he immediately got in touch with the depo and relayed my message to them, confirmed with me that he had changed my order, and a couple of days later my shoes turned up. The level of support and communication from them was brilliant. Highly recommend, will happily purchase from them again.

I’ve been cycling for years and we know how difficult sizing items can be. Well I made a mistake in ordering a pair of shoes, I rang them up to explain and they couldn’t help enough the customer service was second to none. I was unbelievably impressed,can’t recommend them highly enough
