NOTHING MORE THAN SCAMMERS WITH A WEBSITE
Their bikes aren’t just garbage — they’re worthless scam trash, “supported” by a crew so clueless, dishonest, and incompetent it’s genuinely unbelievable they call this a business. Hopefully soon thats gonna change. They advertised 50 miles of range, yet the battery barely squeezes out 15 miles on a full charge. That’s not a small issue — that’s fraud, outright.
And their customer service? It’s not customer service at all. It’s nothing but stalling, lies, and brain-dead excuses that contradict their Previous nonsensical explanations and their own documentation. They take weeks between responses, and when they finally answer, it’s usually the same Nonsensical question they already asked multiple times, like they didn’t bother to read a single word you sent. The responses are so irrelevant and nonsensical It feels like you're talking to a bot that just had a stroke.
After wasting over four months of my time, ignoring the irrefutable proof I sent them again and again, fully knowing the battery was defective and that refusing to replace it was illegal, they still had the nerve to try to charge me $100 for a replacement.
They were fully aware the battery was defective. They were fully aware it violated their warranty. They were fully aware they were breaking the law. And instead of fixing their own defective product, they tried to shake me down for money and then vanished, refusing to answer emails or chat messages ever again like the Pathetic worthless scamming cowards they are.
Ridstar isn’t just a “bad company.” It’s a bottom-of-the-barrel scam operation with a website. Its run by people who have zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero respect for their customers or the law. They lie about their junk products, refuse lawful warranty service, contradict themselves, ignore evidence, disappear when confronted, and hope you’ll eventually give up so they never have to honor anything.
Avoid this company like a toxic hazard.
Their bikes are cheap heaps of garbage.
Their warranty is a lie.
Their “support team” is nothing but time-wasting, disrespectful, dishonest, scamming, amateurs who ghost you the second they’re caught in there lies.
Had a Ridstar for 3 weeks and had to…
Had a Ridstar for 3 weeks and had to change out a tire. After changing out the tire and putting it back together, the throttle cable kept spinning out due to the axle turning too hard. The frame was warpped and could not be fixed! Stay away fromthis brand

I made an order about a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried waiting, but nothing has come.

Avoid this fraudulent "dealer"
I have placed a payment for a bike from their website and within a few days I got a confirmation that my bike will be shipped. All seemed fine in the beginning. But they did not send the bike after over one month. I asked for status, no response. I specifically asked for my money back a few times, no response. I contacted them both via e-mail and WhatsApp, absolutely no response. Now I am dealing with consumer protection parties and eventually with the police. All I need is to recover my money from this fraud website. DO NOT buy from them, you will simply be ignored. If they even dare to defend against this review, I shall provide proofs with their own website order status and the inactivity from their side.

Impossible to contact no response at all I tried to contact them 8 times through phone and email. The said they ship out within 2 days and I still haven’t gotten any tracking number. My order number Order #291640. Also you can’t cancel the order because the website doesn’t allow it

Front rim cracked
I would like to retract my earlier review regarding the cracked front rim. Turns out the “crack” was a joint that had a little gap but I think it’s ok to ride.

Easy ordrer and fast delivery
Ridstar H20 PRO motor power assistance…
Ridstar H20 PRO motor power assistance in PAS is not adjusted well, so the bike is not usable. In PAS 1 elektromotor gives more than 50% of power so the bike's speed is more than 25km/h. YOU CAN NOT GO SLOWER THAN 25 km/h. NOBODY GAVE ME THE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO ENTER DEEP SETTINGS TO ADJUST THAT (to adjust the power of motor with every step of PAS - from 1 to 5).
Those stupid uneducated people are not customer friendly and they don't deserve to work where they do. My question is not unrealistic, IT IS A NORMAL TEHNICAL QUESTION - HOW TO SET GIVEN ENERGY OF THE MOTOR PROPERLY FOR EVERY PAS STEP. Instead to do something - to ask tehnical department in factory or in servis, they simply ignored me and did not answer me at all. Is this normal business behavior and attitude towards the customer?
Of course that I was mad and dissapointed, so I wrote them bad words too, of course, what else can one do in such situation.

Great bicycle
The bicycle jack came broken. Maybe it got broken during transportation or it had a faulty jack. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a new one. Except this, the bicycle is great, it works great and it looks great. My kid is very happy with his purchase.

Everything was OK. I got my bike as supposed in time in 7 days as far as I remember. The team was proactive on whatsapp and I received my answer.

I wasn't 100% sure about this store but I had nowhere else to get Ridstar Q20 from so I said ''heck it'' and went for it, got the bike in less than a week, assembly wasn't too complicated, was pretty simple actually. Drove around 13km for my first ride and battery seemed like it's still at it's fullest, honestly amazed.. What a beast, feels nice riding on it too, am really happy with it, thank you !
