Staff were helpful at both the Isleworth and Hanworth branches. Vimal in particular assisted in the selection of tiles and the orders. We had a delay in our order and he ensured it was resolved quickly with his manager Kunal. Thank you for the beautiful tiles

Store Managers Kunal and Vimal are very helpful. They take pride in dealing with thier customer needs. We bought 3 bathroom and more than 120 sqmeter outdoor tiles from thier Hanworth branch. Not only tiles were of fine quality but rates were reasonable as well.
Couple of packs came broken, after providing evidence replacement was arranged without any delay.
As they sell Spanish tiles, if you are short of tiles, it take 4 weeks to get tiles, Mt requestnto owner will be look into lead time for short stock order placement.

Wonderful place with a variety of tiles. I wonder if anyone go in Isleworth showroom and don’t buy anything. Been everywhere in london but wouldn’t able to make the decision. Have had good experiences with Hanworth store. Vimal is very knowledgeable and his help let us choose the right tiles for our bathroom. Alway ready to help with a big smile , which made a lot of difference for us choosing the tiles. The delivery was on time . Must also say other guys working here are also very good . Had a nightmare with them. They were great on the day and so spent over £3k with them based on the fact they would deliver the tiles in two days time. Ended up with missing tiles - the warehouse didn’t bother letting the store know they didn’t have enough in stock. Had to pay for my tiler collect the missing tiles otherwise I would have lost out on a day’s work. Other tiles were missing and had to call endless times. The guy that sold them to be started losing his rag saying I wasn’t his only customer and even had the audacity to say he will pay me £50 from his own pocket for the missing tiles. Like I cared for the £50 when I spent over £3k. Based on my dealing with them on the day I bought the tiles, I recommended them to a friend who also purchased tiles and ended up with wrong batches. The issues I had are endless and would tell anyone to avoid using them for peace of mind
