Recently had the experience of buying some tiles for my home, the quality is outclassed, the price is below the market, and the attendants are trained and helpful.

I’ve bought tiles from these guys twice now from crawley once for my restaurant and then for my home it was a smooth process from start to finish. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept us updated the whole time from the day we ordered till we got the delivery. Will definitely recommend them.

Got my living room and 3 bathroom tiles from them. Staff was very professional and helpfull. Received delivery on time. Huge collection which you can’t find anywhere with very competitive price. Very satisfied overall and will definitely recommend.

Purchased from them thrice for refurbishment of my house and office. They have a array of designs and colours. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I purchased some tiles(Bounds Green store) for the bathroom which did not come on time due to some issue with the tiles being broken on delivery, this then had a knock of effect with the tiler as I was paying by the day and for this delay means that I still had to pay for the tiler. Once the tiles were in store, they then could not deliver until the Thursday, but I had already been delayed as I should have had them the previous Saturday. So I went to the store on Tuesday to be told that they would be in later today after midday and that they would call me to inform me.. I called back at 1pm as I had not heard from them, they then said, yes that had arrived but forgot to call me. In that conversation, I explained the delays and would want some compensation. They offered me the trims for free, which I said was not enough as I am out of pocket due to the delay being their fault and none of my own doing. I also reminded them that this is the 3rd time I had purchased items from them and had recommended 2 people to them as well. When I went to the store to purchase 1 extra trim. I was informed that it was company policy to only offer trims and anything further would have to be "approved" by head office. (Note that this was not mentioned in the phone conversation that I had with them) it was communicated to me once I had gone back to the store for the extra trim...for me this is bad customer service as they should have said this from the beginning and at least attempted to meet me half way. They just wanted to get rid of me by saying the same thing over and over again and not listening to my side. Be very careful with them please.

Love this place! Have purchased from them a couple of times and the staff are so friendly.They are really helpful and gave lots of good advice. Would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for tiles, grout, adhesive etc.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered tiles for my bathroom from Right Tiles in Hanworth last week. The model was Nexus Blue. The tiles I received yesterday are model G. Crash Blue. They are similar to the ones I ordered but not the same. The tile guys insist they are the same and that in the showroom tiles are given a different name to the manufacturer's to avoid customers getting the name and going to a different shop.
They will not listen and they will try to convince you that you are in the wrong. They will patronise you and laugh at you. They will give you no option but keep tiles you did not order.
I have asked for a refund but they want to charge me 35% claiming it's company policy.
When I have mentioned my legal rights under the Consumer Act 2015, I have been mocked, twice.
I cannot afford to pay the restocking charge, so I have been forced to keep tiles I don't want.

Poor quality of tiles.
Employees are unreliable.
