Very disappointing experience with Rise of Bets
My experience with Rise of Bets has been highly negative, and unfortunately, I’ve lost all trust in the platform.

The site promises withdrawals to be processed within 3 days, but this does not happen. The only time they seem to process things quickly (even on weekends) is when wagering requirements are still ongoing.

Deposited funds must be wagered 3x at minimum 1.5 odds.

Nearly €300 of my balance was frozen with accusations of VPN use and bonus abuse, claims that were never properly justified. I only received copy-pasted terms instead of real explanations.

You are not allowed to place multiple bets on the same event.

Customer service was very poor. I spoke with five agents, and only one actually tried to help. The others were rude or simply closed the chat.

Slots do not scale properly on mobile devices.

The site overall feels buggy, for example, the document upload page lagged badly, and I never received clear confirmation whether my verification was successful.

Overall, the platform feels unreliable and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the licensing authority.

I would not recommend this site to others.

I do not recommend this scam casino to anyone. I used their deposit bonuses three times and every time it was the same thing, the games raise the balance EXACTLY once and the amount is not even that big and after that the money is eaten as fast as can be! The casino has adjusted the return percentages of deposit bonuses to such a low level that you have no chance of getting the wagering through, the whole casino is complete crap. In the chat they claim that they cannot influence the operation of the games but from these experiences you can already see that they adjust the payouts of the games as they want. Stay away from this casino, it does not deserve an MGA license in any way.

I’ve made a deposit of €250, however I couldn’t play any games becouse a pop up came up that I wasn’t allowed to play i my country. When i tried to withdraw my deposit my account has been closed. I’ve received an email about the withdraw and that it’s currently pending… i hope this money is not lost.

I deposited 215 euro and then tried to withdraw 500 euro, they confiscated my winnings. they said I self-excluded with a sister brand , which is possibly true, however, I used all the same details so why was this not flagged? Also, if I lost, they wouldn’t have refunded my deposit. They essentially cannot lose!!! I have contacted the MGA as this is against their regulations and overall poor practice. STAY AWAY!!

Scam casino. They are spamming alot of reload offers for sports betting. I took couple of those offers. I lost on first one but on one bonus i managed to wager and got balance 1000e. I had already got my kyc approved. They keep my withdrawal on pending for more than a week. Then all of the sudden, they cancelled it and took 900e away and left 100e to my account. "fun part" is that my initial deposit were 200e. So they didnt even return the deposit.

They stated that I had broken bonusrules which I know is false since im very careful if I take any bonuses. They didnt even state which rule i have broken, just copypasted their whole bonus-section when I tried to ask the specific rule I had broken. So they literally stole 900e from me without any reason.

I cant understand how they can have MGA-license. I already reported this case to MGA and I hope they will lose their license.
