No Live Chat at all - Emails once a day, if at all, replied to - I have a credit of €70 but when placing a bet it says „insufficient Funds“. If you want to waste money and time, then play with them.

I had free spins. After playing i had. 48 or 52 euro's. After a while, 500x came up and my balance was 950 euro's. After two spins it was gone. The just took my winnings. They dont react anymore, kick me out the support app, they are totally ignoring me. I know you cant withdrawal cause of the terms, but i still could have play with it.

So far I have had a great experience. I have played on sports and used their deposit bonuses. The terms and conditions for the bonus is really fair and the sports section is great. I have also had some technical issues but the support has been really friendly via e-mail.

I ended up winning money and I have just sent in my documents for verification in order for me to be able to withdraw.

Scam company, Withdrawal is impossible. You can put money in without a problem but as soon as you win you have to fill out a ton of documents and prove your adress and identity.
Also you cant take out less then 100euros. Avoid at all costs

RiseOfBets is nothing but a scam! If you play here, forget about winning. They rig the system so that when you lose, they instantly take your money.

But when you win? They refund your bet but don’t pay out your winnings. It’s outrageous!

I played for two months, giving them plenty of time to address these issues. Instead, all I got was non-stop frustration.

I placed a €599 bet on a winning number and instead of receiving my winnings, I got a message saying “Contact customer support.” Their customer service is useless; despite all my documented proof—emails, screenshots, timestamps—they refuse to help. They don’t care about their customers; they only care about stealing your money.

To top it off, it takes 6 days to process withdrawals. 6 days! Absolutely unacceptable.

First time deposit and i was getting a bonus of 20€, but i had to wager 1900€ for that 😂 i was playing some nolimit slots and i was on a winning streak, but suddenly all the providers didnt work anymore. ‘Error’ it says only pragmaticplay worked but the slots gave nothing.

The casino gives you a welcome bonus, and continues to UP the wager DURING playing the slots. I started at a 2.1k wager, and when I got down to under 500 to wager, it suddenly upped the wager to 3100.

Had ik 2700 euro gewonnen, liet ik dat uitbetalen, krijg je een mail dat ik zelf de bonus heb uitgeschakeld. Waarom zou iemand dat zelfstandig doen? Pure oplichterij deze site, ze moeten zich kapot schamen.

Mail contact is kansloos. Ze blijven bij hun standpunt.
